He's got a part 2 that has a bunch of comparison, from SOC, HG, Garage Kit, to the 1/144 Kotobukiya kit.

Yah interestingly the SRC AltEisen looks to be almost the correct height. 22.2M vs 55.4 m, so a little less the 1/2 the height, close enough anyways so that's nice. I am sure we are going to get a RyuKoOh/KoRyuOh at some point so we can get the full ATX team. Althought I would love a Gungrust, gimme the Type 0 someday...

Damn this looks very good. I wish Sentinel will release Astranagant and Dis Astranagant soon.

Hopefully they do a good job on it. Grungust is also among my most wanted list, but I favor the original one (blue and yellow), since that's the first Super Robot I ever 'piloted' in SRW4. Hopefully we won't have to wait another decade or two to see a Grungust transfroming gokin. This Volks PVC action figure is the best I have. Very cool looking still, just not that fun to handle (weak joints). My Dygenguar just got shipped from D4Toys. Got the email notice today.

Another nice HK review. Cool intro, and he loves it with not much to complain. Might be another Sentinel's finest. He emphasized on the unusual amount of ratchets joints on the figure has, even in a some swivel joints and ankle tilt. And the ratchets on the arms and legs are exceptionally strong, to make sure the big figure pose and balance very well when holding the giant Zankantou (ship cleaver). Even the infamous generic Sentinel display stand got an upgrade for this release (Sentinel's favoritism?).
Very excited waiting for mine!

OK, just opened Dygenguar. Its awesome. Weighs about 800g with the big sword, slightly taller than CCS Shin Getter. The height with the sword is quite ridiculous at around 56cm in my pose (in an awesome way, but way too tall for my usual photo spot). Joints are really tight on arms, wrist joint so tight I almost thought its not movable, and connect hands with a square peg, so the hands won't droop even with the big sword. Definitely need to read instructions on where the moving joints are and where not to hold while posing. But even though the figure is big and tons of ratchet, you have to be super careful when posing due to all the spikey armor and very stiff ratchets. Ratchets on the torso are less stiff. Not easy to find a spot to get a good grip to work on the stiff joints. Can't be tricky. Diecast are all inside, mainly shoulder inner joint, elbows, hip inner speedo and hip balls, and whole inner ankle. Paint job is flawless. Very nice glossy red, very fine metallic flakes in dark blue (looks like SOCs combiner dark blue plastic, but much finer finish and fully painted). Minor gripe on fingers fairly easy to come off at the base ball joint from the palm. Head doesn't have very good articulation, only just OK, due to a wire built in at the back of the neck. Overall a bit tricky to pose and may poke your hands a few times. But otherwise no major issues. Safe to say, this Riobot Dygenguar is another Sentinel's finest. If you are still on the fence, rest assured, just go buy one.

Are the hands supposed to easily fall off? It seems the square pegs on the wrists stay in place and the hands just rotate around them... the hands just fall off at certain angles for me.

The hands on mine stay on the square peg pretty tight (peg is not short like the Riobot Grendizer), only came off once when I was struggling to pose with the big sword in some action pose dangling the sword around LOL without any support while I was working on the clicky arms (something I shouldn't be doing). The wrist ball joint is very tight, but do rotate and swivel, as well as the 'golden wrist band' swivel separately.

Thanks - the wrist ball joints on mine are so tight that I think the hands just come off instead of moving. It’s just weird that the hands just slide off when inserted in certain orientations though…

It’s just weird that the hands just slide off when inserted in certain orientations though… I think Sentinel pay extra attention to make sure the arms and hands can support the giant sword, end up making the wrist ball joint extra stiff. But after posing a bit more, mine loosen up slightly. Still very tight, but not to a point it doesn't move at all (gave me the false impression of no ball joint, just static). But since I saw video reviews showing the wrist moves, as well as indicated in the instructions, I just 'brute force' it a bit (popped off a finger or two instead LOL), but it moved and rotated. If yours tend to slide off fairly easy, there might be some wear on your peg, and you might want to thicken it or slip a thin piece of tape or cling wrap, just to give the peg a bit more friction. Since there are no additional hands to swap anyway, you can do whatever to get it more secure, as long as you are not doing any damage to it.

The Zankantou is pretty crazy. In this pose, its taller than the Mazinger Z Jumbo Machinder, reaching over 60cm tall! Such badass.

It's part of why I didn't take mine out of the box, I need to figure how I'll display that giant thing. Kind of makes me regret not getting the exclusive version since the other sword is smaller, and I don't want to use the katana.
