Definitely getting that pack, since my collection is still missing Dianan.
Rhein is cool. Although there are other "Mazingirls" I'd rather have, like the Mazinkaiser OVA versions of Aphrodai, Venus and "Evil kikaiju Medusa Venus". Put the Mazin-Girls from Mazinger Infinity on that list, too.

the main issue here, Dianan A have a new paint better if you ask me, but it should be a double back with Venus A
while Rhine X1 should be with Glenghost C3
but you know what is the most annoying ? they didnt put %1 effort in updating this ugly sculpt, you can see screws on the back and it looks and feels old, all are built on Aphrodai A structure
back in 2002 this was legit and acceptable now not so much

finally opened my set last night, and...
Rhein X-1's head has an incomprehensibly and dumbfoundedly extremely limited turn radius movement and is quite unable to turn to even look normally at her shoulder.
Her helmet does not even cause any blocking nor hindering at all, so WTF, BANDAI?!?!
Seems Bandai just pretty much deliberately locked/fuzed her head/neck joint to only turn a really tiny tiny bit on either side.
In contrast, Dianan-A's head has full range turn radius movement as any normal robot toy.
oy, vey...
add/edit:
moar yt...

The limited range of motion in the neck is so unnecessary. Also, the head-whip is barely articulated. It can't really do much posing. Compare it to fellow Mycenaen SOC Doublas M2, or the more recent SOC Dol Giran dragon's neck, and the fused-section whip design just feels like more corner-cutting. Also, it would have been so easy, and delightful, for Bandai to include Rhein's propellor chest weapon. An enterprising 3-d printing artist could probably make a cool option part out of this gimmick, but it should have come with the set. As is, Rhein X1 would not have sold well on it's own, I don't think. It's truly a bonus figure with Dianan-A. Long live SOC, but Bandai - do better!

right now my friend Bandai doesn't need sugar coating they need a kick to face to in order to wake the heck up
im not even bothered to start taking photos for the GX-108, they are just old, zero update to body, screw holes in the back, limited articulation, and they hardly can stand right
other companies are either catching up or already ahead of Bandai right now
this Japaneses mentality of refusing to admit a mistake or update is getting waaay out of hands
i really hope they improvise and adapt with the market demand

I would have gotten Rhein X1 as a stand alone release, and I did not get the set (selling and buying is something I hate, and this stuff don't sell easy where I live). I think bandai is realizing what S_ said, think they are applying better engineering and improving the looks of their products. Just check the last great mazinger and the tryon they have announced. They are aware they have to up their game if they want to keep selling.

They are aware they have to up their game if they want to keep selling. Bandai does indeed need to keep from becoming any more complacent with Chogokin. There is an apparent ethos behind gokin production, which is that you're striving to make the perfect robot toy. Perfection is seldom achieved, but always striven for through design, materials, features, accessories, et cetera. Fans understand that perfection is an ideal, but we applaud valiant efforts and innovation. Decisions have to be made throughout the design process, but overall, progress is expected. Corner-cutting and calculated quality reduction are hallmarks of modern production in most fields these days, but we're talking about pricey collectables for dreamers. We've shown that we'll bring the money and expect that they bring the effort.
