Good to see the new shots. I am wondering if there are other accessories in addition to those shown. Not being familiar with the anime I don't know if there would be anything else to make anyway. I do love the huge rocket launcher though!

Wow!! I bet they're going to release a DX version with all the parts included (this one comes with the big shooter right?).
Nice update Biz!

oh yeah thats right.... it was that lion thing... only the classic jeeg had the horse...
sigh I hope they release classic jeeg. Although this is pretty tempting.
Hmmm I wondering if they're holding back on classic Jeeg because of what had happened with Gaiking. I don't know about most collectors.. but I only purchased the SOC gaiking.. and not the new tv show one.

Was there a slump in the original Gaiking sales?
I always thought that collectors would prefer the original one instead of the LOD version. I refrained from buying the discounted LOD one because I'm still waiting for the original's reissue.

I refrained from buying the discounted LOD one because I'm still waiting for the original's reissue. Well I know for some of us budget collectors. Most went with the Original version over the LOD version. I'm sure that hurt sales. Especially that they were released relatively around the same time. I know I couldn't afford both. And with the original version being reviewed as a better toy... LOD version sales would probably hurt

I like both Jeegs.
I used to feel shy about Mazinkaiser the first time I heard about him.
For me, having both versions of the same robot gets me more excited. This gives me more to talk about with the robot. Because then I'll have a nice story to tell my friends about the Evolution of that one robot character... ..."oh, this new robot is a later more-advanced prototype of the original robot...blah blah and so forth"... Like I'm supposed to be an "authority" on robot This That the Other! <LMAOF>
Damn, I should just Shut Up, open up a robot Museum, and be the tour guide! ;D

The new Jeeg's lion horseback thing looked really Awesome... it reminded me of Duke Gorgon from the Great Mazinger series. If SOC, or any other toyline, can nail the details and paintjob on the lion creature right on-- --fans will scratch and scream in the pit to grab this up as well! ;D zozo-Magengar oh yeah thats right.... it was that lion thing... only the classic jeeg had the horse... sigh I hope they release classic jeeg. I'm sure if the sale of this product is well, Bandai will eventually release a DX set complete with the marine, sky and earth parts - and hopefully including Baruba too, just like the Grendizer GX-04x set.
How's the tour, Tony?

So the accessories that'll come with Jeeg are the mach drill and the hyper bazooka? No big shooter?
Thanx for the update, Bizzio!

it deffinitely needs more swapable parts to make it a must get. be it that lion thing or more weapons. its deffinitely of the icon things that makes Jeeg awesome.

Huh? Tour? Me? ;D Nah... played lotsa gigs back in the Fall season. We're just takin a break; and I'm outta town right now staying with a friend before I move to my new space. I'm keepin my eyes ans ears open for newer SOCs (Raydeen's my next target, as well as the GX02). This new Jeeg SOC looks kickass. But I also agree with fans, that Bandai shoulda brought out the classic Jeeg First, and Then the new one later on. I think some fans would more likely prefer to snatch up the classic Jeeg first and get cozy with it for a while; and then they'd decide to snatch up the newer Jeeg so they'll have it in their Jeeg collection. zozo-Magengar I'm sure if the sale of this product is well, Bandai will eventually release a DX set complete with the marine, sky and earth parts - and hopefully including Baruba too, just like the Grendizer GX-04x set. He he he, good to have you back, my friend!
Well for me, it doesn't matter which version Bandai release first, as long as it has good proportion and lots of die cast.
The blue yellow and green fellow has eluded me for so long, that I will take it in any form available, since I don't like the proportion of the takara version, and the yujin version doesn't have any metal in it (plus the marmit one is so hard to find now...)
