They haven't been very quick to reply to THIS customer I figure I'll give them until next Tuesday, then let them know I am going to contact my credit card company about reversing the charges unless I hear back from them. The almighty dollar speaks louder than words! - J

Thats how they are at Angolz. So when you buy from them, make sure its something current and in stock. If something goes wrong or the thing is backordered, be prepare to wait a few weeks before they get back to you. You have to keep writing them, until they finally respond. They do have good price, but there is a risk on buying something that is dead stock or not something that came out recently. Took me a month to get a reply to sort out my Revoltech Enki order that was never shipped, and ship the remaining items that was put on hold. Didn't respond to me until my 4th email attempt, saying I am cancelling my orders if they are not replying back.

Since there is still no reply from Angolz, I have opened a "not as described" dispute via Paypal (that's how I paid for the Danguard.) - J

Mine is been two weeks now and no response yet. You might have to do what I did and just "happen" to mention that I'm a Admin and member of various Japanese Toy Boards and that you "may" not be able to recommend their services to other members, you'd be surprised how their customer service improves, works on slow Ebay sellers too.

Oh, they want your money. They took mine with no problem!
They have not responded to the Paypal dispute and tomorrow I will escalate it to a claim. Either they're totally hammered with customer service issues or they simply don't care!

OK, now I'm officially pissed off. When Angolz did not reply to my "Not as described" claim, I escalated the claim to a dispute. Paypal responded by 'resolving' my dispute as follows:
"Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund."
So basically, Angolz could have shipped me a Mazinger knockoff and Paypal wouldn't care as long as it reached its proper destination.

Yeap... Paypal sucks. However... credit card companies are very strict about stuff like that. File a complaint with your credit card and see what happens.

i am having some issues with angolz too. i got gx 46 from them but the package came with a missing accessory. i emailed angolz to see if they can help me get that part but they did not reply to any of my emails. i filed a complaint with my c card and they requested me to send the package back for a refund. i really don't want to send the package back because of the shipping cost. shipping from usa to hk is pretty high. i will be short like $50 just fro a little missing accessory. i wonder is it worth it?

Go to the Bandai website, get their contact info and send them A LETTER (not email) requesting the part. I did this to get a replacement wing for the GX-01R Jet Pilder and they sent it to me.

It is put away in one of the boxes from my last move, but I don't know which one. But you can get it from the Bandai Japan site's "contact us" link... at least, that's how I got it. There was also a post somewhere in here where they provided it as well - just look around for it, it is very recent. The letter can be in english, but make it simple english - straight to the point. Pictures of what you are missing, like the one you posted will definitely help. I didn't have to send them any money either. They sent me the part in a padded envelope. ;D }D
