SOC-Chokinzoku anyone? ;D I don't know if this has been officially announced, but it sure looks like we're getting a SOC update to the 1980's version of T-28! Thanks to Mazingetter for posting this list of upcoming SOC's, and to gt3ian for the toy pics in the GX-45? thread. I am so stoked about this one! Can't wait to hear more details and see more pics.

I love Tetsujin-28Go more than the original. Never able to to afford the Godaikin version, so this is great news. I hope the new SOC version is as big as the Godaikin with openable compartment

Although this excite me as much as you guys, I'm really wondering what GX 4X will be. From SRW? Hope it's one of the Supers like Grungust, Dygenguar or Aussenseiter!

Is it the one with the built-in elevator? You know, I was thinking the same thing. I don't think that I will ever be able to afford the old version, but I really dig how the compartments open to show the insides of the robot. Sadly I don't think that this one will do the same thing, but it would be really awesome if it did. Did anyone notice how they did the knee joint? It would seem that SOCs are starting to become as flexible as Revoltech versions.

Now ive only seen like two episodes of the actual 1980's tetsujin, and in both episodes he took his opponent down with like a flying judo cross kick. Now theres alot speculation if this is one is going homage itself with the famous godaikin version, but does anyone know if tetsujin could actually do any of the stuff his toy did like having the big missle launcher in his chest, or turning his head crest into an ax, having little robots inside of him, heck did he even have rocket fists?

I for one couldn't give a rat’s ass for 'anime accurate' on this occasion. Give me opening compartments and a working elevator!!!

Nope, this Tetsujin 28 was all POWER!!! It even destroyed a SUN (without missiles, swords, axes, energy beams, etc...). It is a pretty cool series - highly recommended... }D
