I couldnt control myself and bought the GX 44 SET it just looked too good , too bad i bought the cm beta With me, if it is a SOC, it's bought, the others are icing. To use the comic analogy in the 80's, SOC is like X-Men and X-Factor, it was in my bin automatically, others I will have to fit into the budget. Now that the purse strings are tighter, I've allowed for the SOC, even if it means I cut off some of my lunches during the work week. Where I work, that can easily be $20-$30 a day since everything is overpriced in the Financial District in SF. Unless of course I want to eat a deli sammich...then that's ~ $10 but they don't use gloves when they make it...LOL!!! ;D ;D ;D |

well. its on ebay now... i just hope i can get some of my money back. I will buy the gx 44s set once this item is sold. don't have any extra money spend on robots anymore.

This set is nothing but disappointment. I posted this set on eBay last night and someone used the buy it now option this afternoon and purchased this set. But to my surprise, I came home tonight and found my dog chewed up the toy box. Luckily the toy and all parts were still on my display case. Now I have to refund the buyer all his $. I guess The Toy God wants me to keep this set no matter what. |

I really hope you guys stay far away from the Toynami/Aoshima Legioss toys. Going by the reactions to the CMs toy, which is of infinitely higher quality, the Toynami/Aoshima toy will probably make you cry blood.  |

Also: I'm not sure how I missed this:  Things that look good: It looks nice and bulky, and hopefully that connection boom functions a sight better than the CM's version. Also, the chest missile doors open all the way, so unlike the CM's version it wont be blowing up its own chest when it fires a volley. Things that make me go "GAH": The big, bulbous fighter cockpit doesn't go anywhere, it just folds down and looks silly. I love the head-hiding mechanism on the CM's version. The lack of a concealment mechanism on the MP version makes me a sad panda. Now the big question: Will they be reissuing the MP Alphas, hopefully with a better eye on QC and some massive redesigns? Hmm... <consults magic 8 ball> |

That Beagle looks nice. I hope it is as good as it looks though. I still won't be getting one till there are some super positive reviews and until I could afford it. That box art looks really nice as well.

It's an overblown mix up in my eyes. Stuff happens. Now if they had left the listed price at the lower one and gone and charged people the higher price and shipped without notification, then that'd be something to talk about. As it is, I chalk it up to a breakdown of communication or a clerical error, which as I say, happen. |

I agree that it is overblown.....but the whole canceling the pre-orders due to their mistake.....I do not agree with that. I think it's crappy that people have to pay more for something just cause someone messed up and put the wrong price down. That's not the consumers fault. Take it out of the pay of the person that made the mistake is what I say. Weather it be the lower end of the totem pole or the top of it. Whoever made the mistake should have to pay for it.....literally.
