I paid a lot less than that. I had a local store owner get it for me from another shop in Japan. It cost me a little more than $450 and that included shipping. I have a line on another on and it will be much less than that. Maybe around $350 with no shipping charge. It pays to be here in Asia when it comes to finding rare (expensive) items such as these. Thanks for the info concerning the value of the item without the litho. I hope the other one is 100% complete. GEN1

Even though it doesn't have the litho, I am going to keep it. This is an awesome figure and I would hate to get rid of it just for a piece of paper; albeit an inevitable treasure from Sato.

I know this bot has been displayed hundreds of times here but for the record, here's mine, along with his counterpart. Don't mean to beat a dead horse, but these Getters are Totally Awe Inspiring. GEN1 ![](http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2004-10/870744/TWOGETTERS2.JPG)

Hey, just a warning. If you are using the metal support, be very careful, it scratches the 2nd button on the back of the cape. I tool the screw off.

Your right about the button. I noticed this from the minute I placed him on the stand. The screw also makes the cape sit out too far behind the figure. Removing the screw allows the cape to rest closer to his back, which looks a lot better. This allows you to see more of the red on the inside of the cape. Thanks for the tip.
