I'm not sure if anybody else is following this line, but here's a couple of pictures from the limited Dengeki magazine/ Volks/ Banpresto collaboration. Not sure what the release date is. I like this guy with his exciting colors and interesting design elements. He has a nice combination of being cool but playful too. Just what an action figure should be in my opinion. Sooner or later there should be a figure release that is a combination of this guy, the Ryukijinki character and a dragon that should be awesome, but in the meantime Koryuoh looks nice IMO. I found these pictures on www.toysdaily.com, but I'm sure they are scans from Dengeki Hobby Magazine.

wow would this be made on diecast? This will be made of pure plastics, my friend! ABS and PVC goodness! Per Dengeki Hobby Magazine and the SRW Mook.

Just out of curiosity, is this supposed to be some sort of bio-mech, or just a tiger themed robot? This figure puts me in two minds: on the one hand, the sculpt is great and it's a fun looking figure; on the other hand, animal robots don't do much for me. I like it , but I wouldn't buy it.

Price would probably be right around 10,000 Yen (approx $100 US), which is completely nuts, but they get away with it because it's part of their limited edition line where you have to mail in a coupon from Dengeki magazine to get it, but Yahoo Japan always has these figures for sale. This will be number 19 in the series I believe. Here is a link that has all the figures that have been released in this line so far, except AngelG, which just barely came out. www.suparobo.jp/goods/kit/dengeki/index.html

hey xiombarg, unifive's alteisen (diecast) is due this march (12,800 yen). btw, how come it's expensive than the 1st release Huckebein Mk.II (at 7,800 yen only)? is Alteisen the star robot in the SRW anime?

I'm not sure. He's probably bigger than the Huckebein, but my bet is that they are asking more just because they can. It seems like originally I heard he was going to cost something like 8,900 Yen.
I don't know if he's the star of the SRW anime, but I doubt it. It seems like he is more of a soldier type of bot. He is one of the more popular designs though.

I believe Alteisen is a bit more expensive because of the inclusion of a hanger base/dio gimmick. I'm not sure how much larger the 'bot is than the Huck, but I'm pretty sure that's why. As far as the anime, Alt does play a pretty major role in the anime in the first episode of the OVA. Huckbein never shows up, at least not in the first of the 3 part OVA. Alteisen is part of the ATX team, which consists of Alteisen, Weißritter, and one of the mechs from the Gungrust series, can't remember which. In the later episodes, Alt seems to be more part of an ensemble than the main mech, like xiombarg indicated.
