Thats not a Strike Valkyrie - or rather, its a Strike Valkyrie without the FAST packs that make it a Strike Valkyrie... I have a HCM VF-1J. I think they're a touch under-rated; yes they're a little fragile and later releases from other companies mean they no longer look as accurate (the HCM is essentially a tweaked and down-sized 1/55) but they're a nice toy - and, as far as I'm aware, the only Japanese-released Valkyrie toy with working twin tail-hooks, not even on the Yamato 1/48! I feel it looks best in Battroid mode, even if the folded tail-fins sit too high on the back.

They are cool and I want to get a VF-1J (even if the Yamatos look a little better). *EDIT - I just got the VF-1J and it is pretty nice to have the whole set! I wish I had gotten them when I was a kid, although they might have been broken before I realized what I had!
