Leg parts, of GGGG, leg and torso area of the cyborg/lion probably 40-50%?
[Just because the area of the gao stealth/bird occupies a large portion of the overall toy.]
Although, now I’m finding out that all of the flaws mentioned by GOLD holds true:
i) The clips that should hold the GGGG legs in place when attached to the cyborg is too weak and lower GGGG legs tend to de-tach when the bot is lifted. Probably due to the miscalculation of “tension” required to hold the GGG legs due to all its metal content
ii) It does tend to lean back again due to a weak knee joint as well as it being back heavy iii) Not too keen on the way the GGGG head attaches to the bot via a helmet to the cyborg head. iv) To me the most annoying thing about it is how it won’t stand on glass, it’ll slip and by itself given how the legs are apart and the weak joints v) Oh, yeah I wish they made a stand for the accessories just like GGG’s
Other than these tolerable complaints, it really is a thing of beauty and commands your attention. I’m happy I decided on this baby
It really is very reminiscent of the old godaikin toys with the Styrofoam accessories and combining feature. If I’m not mistaken this is the only GGGG fully transformable toy ever made thanks CM for making this, and I’m glad I held out for it

hey guys i just picked up the ova gaigaigar series because of my cm gggg I'm at episode 3 somehow it reminds me of transformers so I'm not warming up to it as fast but that doesn't change how I feel about GGG GGGG & GFG itself and these are the only three I intend to get.
I'm very new to this brave thing so does the genesic gaogaigar show up in the ova???
Yep, the Genesic appears on episode 6 in the OVA(the original OVA goes up only until part 8)
Genesic appears in part 8 in the "Grand Glorious Gathering" expanded version of the OVA(new extra scenes added, expanded the OVA to 12 parts now.. the scenes were added to make the GGG Universe more "connected" to BetterMan, another anime from the same director)
yes. i got the same deal from bcbcomics too. this is the only time that i am happy that i waited and not pay the oversea price... $166 is still a very temping price. i am sure the price will go up in a few month to like $250.
Thanks to my wife, this was her anniversary present to me. It was on sale at BBTS for $149.
The box was HUGE!
Problem now is, I don't have any space on any of my display cabinets. It'll have to wait. It looks complicated anyway to put together. Need to read up on Gold's review. It's a good thing that the manual for this one was "at least" in color and on glossy paper. Unlike the Brave 01. I wish they had a booklet type manual like the ones for SOC's. ;D ;D

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like people have difficulty making their model stand straight-legged?
I realize that having the feet planted further apart is a more dynamic pose, but is it hard to make the GGGG stand up with the feet planted together? Or is there a problem with the hip joints that makes it more of a necessity to pose it this way?
I'm just wondering, because (bad analogy coming up) my RiD Omega Prime (RiD Ultra Magnus + Fire Convoy combined) had to stand with the feet wide apart because the hip-joints wouldn't stay put. If I try to make the stance any narrower with him standing on a smooth surface, the feet slide outward under the weight of the model. What's worse: If the feet manage to pick up too much speed, there isn't enough friction in the hip joints to stop them, so poor Omega Prime ends up doing a terminal splits!
All of this is to say: Do GGGG models also have this "terminal splits" tendency?
I think pretty much is that the Diamond priced stock is still plentiful right now. Not sure if its necessary a big drop, as I bought mine preordered at $150 shipped months ago before it came out in the U.S. But if you want one, now should be a very good time buying it. When you can get one around $150, its a way better deal than $190 + shipping(cost a lot, almost enough to buy the cheapest SOC if shipped from HLJ...T_T), which a lot of guys imported it had to pay months ago.
KumaStyle.com (TJ): Oh definitely. I think that there are a number of times where KOs do it better especially since they come out later and have the opportunity to rectify stuff the officially made mistakes on,

KumaStyle.com (TJ): I don't know how into transformers you are but the NeoArt Toys Beast Muscle Leonidas absolutely destroys the quality of the original PerfectEffect releases and even has an Eva 01 inspired variant. I try to support the original when I can but I'm not

getterjehuty: yeah I agree with you. Quality should be high importance. I actually love FansToys products. and Yes, I do prefer Fanstoys over takara tomy.a bit controversial but I like the die cast and the accuracy of fanstoys.

KumaStyle.com (TJ): It's a fair statement. The MP official line has been a q.c. dice roll for years and I feel like MP-44 was such a big release that no one could avoid that elephant in the room anymore after it turned out to be a mess but I'm glad the community is

getterjehuty: Isn't the Perfec Effect Leonidas have loose joint legs?
May 4, 2020 16:41:22 GMT -5
KumaStyle.com (TJ): at a point where they are vocal about it... and the PerfectEffect Leonidases literally have a loose everything. Even if they're half decent out of the box they seem to just go to heck sitting on a shelf after a bit and unfortunately it's pretty universal.
May 4, 2020 16:42:48 GMT -5
getterjehuty: THis is my opinion but the issues of mp-44 are the knees and the paint. You have to be really careful or the paint will scratch. It is near the abdomen area side.
