This was already mentioned a while back(last August I think) but I figured it might be worth mentioning again. The Max Gokin Genesic Gaogaigar reissue is still on. Please click for larger image(thanks to Bizzio for the original pic he posted last August, 2006). I wrote an Email last week to Maxfactory regarding their reissue Genesic Gaogaigar Max Gokin through their website. Surprisingly they replied and reconfirmed the reissue. It looks like the Max Gokin GGGG will be reissued this summer 2007. Gold

w00t! Now I just hope they do the same for Mazinkaiser... I second that! Doesn't MaxFactory have another MaxGokin project in planning? Been a while since they released Godannar.

Sadly no, I asked if they were planning any other releases and they only replied that only the GGGG is scheduled for a 2007 release. Nothing else is planned for 2007 from the Max Gokin line. I'm not sure if they will reissue the Green and Gold Versions of the GGGG but it looks doubtful.
On a side note, Good Smile Company and Max Factory are now connected somehow(the email noted the sender's email with "Good smile Company/Max Factory"). With Good Smile Company coming out with their first Chogokin, the Tachikoma Good Smile Gokin, it makes me wonder if this is the line that's going to replace the Max Gokin brand?

This is quite good news, i was looking for it but it was quite rare so the prices were very high. I hope it won't be too expensive. How does it compare to CMS' GGGG ?

This is quite good news, i was looking for it but it was quite rare so the prices were very high. I hope it won't be too expensive. How does it compare to CMS' GGGG ? The price on the card in the photo says 18690Yen, Almost $200. As for comparison with the CMs GGGG, well, it's more stable and comes with a cool display base. The biggest things to look out for were the super, insanely tight groin joints and how easily the tail breaks on the original Max Gokin release. I hope they fix the problem in the reissue. I'm also hoping for a meaning to the reissue, maybe the new OVA/Movie/sequel to the GGG Final will also air at the time of the reissue? Hehe, just wishful thinking. ;D Gold

Missed this the first time around (due to tremendous ambivalence about buying a non-transforming GGGG) but now that I own a transforming GGGG, it's time to get a more accurate version of teh bad boy!

$200 for this is not very expensive considering the first release will run you $300 or more in some places. I think I paid that much for mine. I try to forget such memories! LOL

LOL i also have those pretty "memories"... paid my GX-02R for almost $180.. my GX-03 for $200, my GX(s) evangelion for $90+ each.. the only memories that comforts me was my purchase of the maxfactory mazinkaiser for $130 ;D ;D ;D

Gx-02R for $180 that's high, I think I paid $80 for mine. GX-03 is also high, I paid $120 shipped. I I paid a whole lot more for the Max Factory Mazinkaiser; $180

Are there any differences between this and the 1st version? I'm sure MF didn't stick a v1.5 in there for no apparent reason.
