I have the first version and no flaws on mine, so I wouldn't be too scared if I had ordered the 1.5, there should be no problem.

It really depends on what you want. The MF one has more diecast, but doesn't transform. The CMS has diecast, transforms and this new version is supposed to have improved knee joints and a believe some said it will have a new head sculpt too. The MF does look more anime accurate and more detailed, but the CMS looks great too. I think the CMS one will also be about the same price as the MF one if not a little more, which depends on CMs if there re-releasing it at the same price. If the new CMS one is more solid than the 1st production then I might go with the CMs one, but thats just me as I am a transforming robot fanatic.

so which one is better? Max Fact GGGG 1.5 or CM's GGGG 2.0 ? If you had to keep one and only one, which one would you?

Both have their pros & cons. as for me since i've always liked transfoming robots, the answer is fairly obvious.

It's up to you, since I rarely take my combiners apart I would go with the MF version since it has more diecast looks waaay better IMHO.

It took me a long time to honest to myself about this one, but I kind of hate the CM version. I didn't want to be too critical about it because the CM version does transform (or tries to) but I sold mine after about six months. The transformation is hell and it has fragile parts. It's not really a stable figure. It doesn't pose well and I finally decided it didn't look all that hot either. Just being able to transform wasn't enough for me. I think the fun factor is probably higher withe CM version if you like to play with your toys, because it does have more parts, but it's weaknesses made it very unsatisfying for me personally.
The Max Factory version looks great and feels solid. It poses well, but then of course it doesn't transform either. It has lots of metal too, and I also like the metallic paint job so much more compared to CM's flat colors and chromed parts. The CM looks chunky and toy-ish in comparison. Max Factory's version not being able to transform is a bummer, but the CM version wasn't an alternative for me.

well which one is larger? CMS Genesic GGG but Maxfactory is much more heavier due to lots of die-cast content.

Actually the CMs is larger and heavier. The Maxfactory GGGG only weighs about 1 Kilo (960 Grams or so to be exact) while the CMs GGGG goes up to 1.2 Kilos roughly. The diecast content on the CMs Gokin GGGG is around 40-50% ( the legs, and most of Gaigar), the weight is generally from the huge wings. Proportionally though, the Maxfactory GGGG does have more diecast all around but is not as heavy as the Cms GGGG. Gold
