Just heard about Bandai America producing Gundam Seed Figures this year. Apparently included in the line-up are 4.5 inch, 7.5 inch, and DX Figures. I wonder if there will be a 12" Strike Gundam toy. Anybody have any further details?

When I go to Toyfare in NYC I'll take a look and see. Maybe the Bandai Reps will know.....
Let us hope for some more 12" toys!

Yes. I just read that the next DX MSIA (Mega size 12") Gundam will be the Freedom Gundam possibly with lights and sound. There may also be a 7.5" all-plastic version of the Metal Material Strike Gundam--"Plastic Material Strike Gundam"?
By the way, Gundam Seed is scheduled to start airing on Cartoon Network as early as next month or so I've heard.

Yes, all those virgins I sacrificed did not die in vain. We're getting a 12" Freedom! I'm kinda puzzled by the Plastic Material Model Strike...I'm glad I was able to get the regular versions. Including the clear version, which is very, very cool...even better than the green divers ks zeta.

Just saw the Freedom Gundam kit from the Gundam Seed series at a local Target store. It seems that Gundam Seed is definitely a comin' to the States. No figures spotted yet though.

Any news on the PMM (Plastic Material Model) Strikes yet? I wonder if the PMM's armors will fit on the MMM?
I want one one so that I can replace one of my screwed up custom armors (attempting to add more posability by carving certain areas on the torso pieces).

I haven't learned anymore about the plastic 1/100 scale Gundam Seed figures yet. I have seen more of the Gundam Seed models at Target though, including Freedom Gundam. The upcoming Deluxe MSIA Gundam Seed figures (4.5") are supposed to feature removable pieces and the Sky Grasper and Aile Backpack. These will likely be incompatible with the Metal Material Strike Gundam because of differences in scale of course (MSIA are smaller than 1/144 in scale).

Dude, a virigin is such a terrible thing to waste. ;D Anywhoo, I am looking forward to more DX MSiA's! I know it eats up a LOT of space, but dang they look good displayed! BTW, I recently acquired a MMM Sword & Launcher Strike Gundam for only US$32.00, and MISB to boot! Yes, all those virgins I sacrificed did not die in vain. We're getting a 12" Freedom! BTW, I recently acquired a MMM Sword & Launcher Strike Gundam for only US$32.00, and MISB to boot! Kicking myself for mutilating my Aile Strike MMM because I got lucky and found it at $25 on ebay, from a seller not knowing any better. I've been meaning to get another one but they are getting harder to find at decent prices. I now regret carving the torso parts and I am now looking for replacement parts just to refurbish its value if I ever decide to sell it. My advice to you appreciate your new MMM and try to keep it Mint! LOL!

Those are some incredibly low prices for MMM Gundam Seed figures. Wish I had waited a bit longer and gotten mine on eBay for cheaper. Oh well. I still like the figures and have been able to keep them in great shape. Are there any forthcoming MMM Gundams? Chogokins (beyond the ZZ)?

Haven't seen any plans for anything beyond the ZZ. More than likely, they'll pop out a recolor or something...
As far as I can tell, the US release of the MMM with the plastic skeleton is identical to the MMM...just with a plastic skeleton. I wouldn't, however, rule out Bandai changing armor materials.

Those are some incredibly low prices for MMM Gundam Seed figures. Wish I had waited a bit longer and gotten mine on eBay for cheaper. Oh well. I still like the figures and have been able to keep them in great shape. I also found my Turn A for $9 MISB only to find out both shoulders were broken---no biggy just fixed them with superglue. Sometimes you get lucky on ebay and then sometimes you think you had a great deal only to find out that the Seller just may have or had his friends slowly drive up the price (you know the ones with the neg or 0 feedbacks bidding small amounts but bail out the rest of the auction and don't even make an attempt to snipe) just to max out your proxy bid. Are there any forthcoming MMM Gundams? Chogokins (beyond the ZZ)? I'm also wondering about the next MMM because my 1/100 dieast collection of Gundams is starting to look really bare. The 1/160 Chogokin Gs don't do anything for me ever since my Hyakushiki started to get real floppy and their size aren't that much to be desired.
