well... i would make them by my own. they are quite ex. normally what i did was i'll buy a piece of pine wood plank in ikea then cut it to pieces & shapes that i like with a electrical cutter/saw. file & sandpaper them. lastly paint or shellac...... as for the rod, go to hardware shop, get the welding rod with the diameter u prefer. polish it....let me know the result if u are making it by urself

hello FXR First off the 1/60 Strike G that has the Three armors that you can buy for it is NOT a PG. It's more of a blown up MG., Much like the new 1/100 high grades are blown up 1/144.
the weapons set will not work on the new PG Strike Gundam.
but for the painting I do both brush and airbrush. I will say if you want to make a gundam look good you will have to use all forms of painting (brush, airbrush, spray can,pen and toothpick.) as far as a compressor goes you live in Australia I don't know the conversion rate but I live in Alaska and everything is marked up here if you want a compressor you looking at 180.00 to 300.00 US but I will tell you if you have an wall mart or home depot you can find on for 80.00 to 100.00
but mine I found at an an auto part's store it a 1/2 Hp compressor/w regulator and a 3 gallon tank attached It's a bit loud but I got it on sale for 50.00 . I would price around But I would Look For Two things 1: regulator- this is a must have 2: attached tank- also a must have
good luck on your hunting

HI GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, I've been on holidayz...sorry i haven't visited this forum forEVER, hope u guys didn't forget me T_T well, I'm doing my wing ver.ka at the moment, and wondering about cleaning the mess, do I use tamiya thinner?? or something else? i heard that u can use rubber to clean that too, but I haven't tried and with the stickering, i've been stickering my gundam and some of them is very visible that it's a sticker, i mean how do you blend the colour of the sticker's bacground with the colour you're trying to stick it in. u get what i mean?? I dunno how to say it in words properly but thanks T_T

hi Raymond....it's been a while never communicate with u well, to clean those mess i'll use thinner (tamiya) but u got 2b careful cos it could be quite strong on ur gunpla ( still within tolerant)....just got 2b careful ......on the sticker, i'm not sure which one r u refering........is it the paper type that stick on the eyes or those plastic sticker red in colour( caution) on the body.....for the paper type that stick on the eyes ( i'll stick them in my dustbin) while the plastic sticker red in colour( caution), some may need 2b trimmed (sharp blade) in order to fit the section........just bot a PG RX-178 titan form ;D might be my headache......about 1000 part
