Are you sure the Korean one is a bootleg? Because there's a manufacturer called "Young Toys" (with an elephant logo) that actually made licensed versions of Japanese toys in the 1980s. Overal, their quality is quite good (a bit less good than the originals), and they tend to have minor color variations...

That's good information, thanks. I don't know, it may be licensed but then why change the name and numbers, etc. Also, there should still be a tatsunoko logo on it, like on the Henshin Robo boxed version. But it could be. I can take close ups of all the writing if anyone here reads Korean.
Regardless, it's a very cool and very rare piece!
