I paid mine 35 EUR, so it's about 50-60 USD roughly.

Any update on this guy. Seems to be on eBay, but no clue if it's the original release or the second one. HLJ.com is now marking July release. Any of you have more information on the release date?

Looks like that. I don't think it's die-cast, and it's the first time I saw them. No online seller seems to carry them.

I emailed them, so maybe they can help me out. I don't want to order one yet, because I only collect Grendizer when it comes to non diecast.
But I'm sure many customer would like to order one.

Hi folks I don't know if you know this place, but one of my friend showed me this on a French forum. It's about Go Nagai robot, but the page is all in Japanese. So can anyone translate it or know when can they be ordered? www.metal-box.jp/mb/

To be honest, I think we should not call them toys.
First, at the price range, most of them are not intended for kids.
Then most of them are not mass produced, like common toys. I mean they can't fill every Walmart and Toys'R Us in America with robot, chogokin or Masterpiece. But with regular toy, they can.
So I'm pretty sure Hasbro, or any other company, can call a part of their toy line collectible. So this way I'm sure they can avoid safety regulation, because it's not intended for kids.
Toys are made to be played with. I'm pretty sure, unless you're a billionnaire, you, or your kids, don't play with any toys that are worth 100$. And the Masterpiece line, cost around 100$ each more or less, so they are no toys.
Because we can have a great market here in USA/Canada for robot lover. But with all those stupid things, we all buy oversea and don't help the market.
That is why we sould try to find a way to have direct import, without modification. The manual and box can be in English I don't care, or japanese or French, as long as the piece is the same.

Very nice. I like it a lot. The blue scheme looks very good on Mazinger.

With the French translation using Babelfish, the word are well translated, but they mean nothing in a sentence.
That is why I had to translate.

No one know for sure.
Some think they re-do the joint, some think they removed some metal for better balance.
I'm pretty sure they changed something, because it's stated as renewal.
