Heh, I've still got a long way to go. Need Black King, Red King, King Kong and the V1 King Joe, plus I still need another shovel hand for Gomorra and the flip-down chest plate for V2 King Joe (anyone has these parts LMK) How many are left for you to track down? I love how you put that. Looking at pictures I tried to work out which ones I wanted, but once I had one it became a simple case of when I got the rest.

Thanks Gort I also prefer Sharivan Figure ; RAH 450 Gavan is bigger (15 cm more than the Sharivan) but non poseable (only the Head and arms can move, but it's very limited). One day, i will get RAH 300 Gavan and Gordon, his Civil Version which are as poseable as the Sharivan figure ;D

Nice pics, hey, and welcome to RJ. Gort, love the outdoor shots of the Arks. Keep em comin. I finally got my hands on the Kikaider and Kikaider01 Soul of Soft Vinyl figures to keep the Hakaider company on the shelf. Here are some shots of the three. I really dig this series and plan to get as many as I can grab while they are available. They are inexpensive, but very detailed and have some articulation. The translucent details on the Kikaiders is something to behold. My pics do not do these figures justice. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy. Kikaider - Kikaider01 - Hakaider - Group Shot -

Thanks Sketcher, and great Kikaider shots. I've never been a total convert to the Kikaider suit designs (although Hakaider's always looked good) but that Kikaider01 has impressed me! Hey, there's something about the way Sharivan's suit looks on the more articulated figure, the RAH 450 Gavan still looks good, but I still prefer the 300. Great comparison pics though. One more of the Arks outdoors...

Lately I have been getting back to the vinyl side of life. With a lack of funds to purchase vintage and larger items, I have been getting a lot of my toy fixes from the Soul of Soft Vinyl line by Bandai. Last night I took a group shot of the current state of this line on my shelf. Soon to be added (in the mail), are MomoRanger (pink), AkaRanger (red), Bijinder and KamenRider the 1st. During my searches for the aforementioned figures I came across these dudes in a slightly mis-worded auction. It's not every day that you can pick up 4 of these vintage Rangers for 50 bucks. I have been looking for the set, but I guess I can wait for the pink and the red for a while. That being said, I do have an extra Green Ranger that I can trade for either the red or pink if someone has an extra that they would be willing to part with. Cheers!

Good stuff, Sketcher. So is it by design or coincidence that the three Rangers you do have are the same in the vintage and modern sets?

Total coincidence. I found the 3 Rangers in stock at Super 7 and then found the vintage ones in a lot on evilBay. I have the red and pink rangers on order for the Soul of Soft Vinyl set. I am currently searching the vintage. Apparently those 2 are the most difficult to find.

Thanks. I actually contemplated touching them up to make em look like new, but I think the battle damage they have seen over the last 30+ years is part of the character of these vinyls. The only thing missing is the kids name in kanji on the foot. Next update should be the completion of the modern Bandai set. Pink arrived last week and I am awaiting the restock at HLJ for the Red.
