what is the complete toy line of Uni-Five / UniFive / U5 Jumbo Machinder toy line and the price range for each? the reason I am asking is because I just bought me my very first brand new Jumbo Machinder U5 Gaiking for $100 I know Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger were also made by U5.....I am only concern to look for the U5 Production Jumbo Machinders...I do know the old original ones. thank you all for your help in providing all of us with the information.

Last I looked:
Garada: $50 Gaiking: $100 Maz: $175-200 Great Maz: $200-250
All worth the price IMO.
There are a bunch of garadas (2 or 3 I believe), so depending which one you get, the price will vary. $50 for the green, $150 for the black.

They also made accessories. Great Maz included his wings, but Maz Z's were sold separately. There were abot 10-12 accessories total including:
pair of iron cutters pair of atomic punch pair of missle launcher hands(like classic Great Maz Shogun Jumbo)
...I can't remember the rest, but I do remember they were really corny, something like a magnet hand or a hand that held a matchbox car.

I didn't know U5 made the accessories, other than the maz wing. I wish this series had survived long enough to put out a grendy reissue

According to Matt Alt of TBDX, Combattler V was supposed to be next in the jumbo reissue list. Too bad the series got axed before it got produced.

IIRC, high cost to produce(grew with each release), low sales. I think each release became more ambitious, until finally making the Garada from scratch. It was met with a negative reaction from many collectors, mainly because it was 'too different' from the original and the colors didn't match the original toy or tv version. I believe the (north american) green garad was the final nail in the coffin for U5.
But my recollection of this isn't perfect, I wasn't a serious Jumbo collector at that time.

I see..........I've seen some pictures online for them and they look fine the main ones.............but when it comes to Garada.........you are right.........it looks different.
