I wish that was true for me Baron. Mine just got bumped and fell over on its back. Not even on the Harken. Still, it snapped. No way it should have.

If HLPRO reads this, please yes, better elbows and a wider hip articulation would be great (for kneeling poses!). I'd love to have a shoulder articulation too, like on the SRC Mazingers since it seems that Bandai will not have it on their SRC Grendizer so it would be a plus for the Metaltech in my book. and I wonder if the V2 Grendizer would still be compatible with the first MT's Spazer? I asked HLpro about Spazer compatibility and I think it is safe for me to say that they dont know yet. Based on information that I got, V2 will probably be very similar to Chome but with better elbows and updated articulation. The extent of that articulation is not known yet, The changes to the articulation may or may not require a new Spazer. They have not decided yet as far as I know. Now for my personal opinion, I begged them not to change the Spazer bc in my opinion HLpro Spazer is the best one on the market. Its basically perfect. But then again, I could be wrong to ask for it to remain the same. Why? Because HLpro impressed me alot from behind the scenes. Those guys have some really suprising ideas that I would not have been able to imagine no my own. I mean "industry firsts". So, if they have to make a new Spazer, its because its going to have some elements in the design that will blow you away and make you buy it even if you already have the old Spazer. Now for my opinon on Hlpro "articulation". HLpro so far, seems to be making its own identity. For me, they seem to be making a figure that is like a "1970s Toy Chogokin" but done RIGHT. That way they give you what you saw on the anime and its done in a way that was not possible by Popy back in the 70s. That way you end up getting the toy that you WISHED you had back in the 70s but you were NO WAY going to get. I dont think going the Bandai direction with super posablity would be a real good idea for HLpro. That may be seen as trying to copy Bandai's style. But this is just ME talking, Im not the official word of HLpro by a longshot. They may suprise the hell out us with a super posable figure on the level of a SRC for all I know.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, don't compete but compliment. Which I mean is don't try and compete with Bandai, that's a losing fight even if you have a superior product you won't be able to match or exceed their resources. So compliment their lines, create products different enough to stand on their own but like enough to display with other lines like the SRC or SOC or whatever. Don't make fans choose either/or but make them want to get both lines with characters the other isn't doing.

I see your point about this, guys. For me HLPro has a great product in MT-01 chrome version that they could turn into gold with the right improvements, and possibly the definitive version of Grendizer to many fans, so I'd say they should shoot for the moon anyway, if they miss they'll land among the stars

I agree with you Chen. I think HLpro is doing the right thing by not getting into the "hey Bandai, me too!" Game. Its best they just focus on sculpt and color and keep it inside the classic lines of a "Toy Robot" that looks as cool as you can make it look. That way they protect thier own separate identity.
I forgot to mention:
That "Jeeg Prototype" will come out around christmas, its almost all diecast and will be sold by an Italian merchant called "Zona-Hobby".. the Brand is under the name "ZPRO" Its a Zona-Hobby/ HLPRO joint ventrue. I was assured of its awesomeness... I was not given the price but it will be out at the end of the year.
Gin Gin will not be on sale at PBM until it arrives at thier warehouse so no "pre orders" yet.. but either way, you will get the actual figure in your hands at the same time as if you had "Pre-ordered" it from an overseas dealer. When PBM puts it up for sale I will be sure to tell everyone here.

So, it is an Italian exclusive then. Well, I'm happy with my CM's and ET ones then, 'cause I can't see myself paying over $200 for a Metaltech figure. And that is exactly how much it will cost to get it from Italy... }D

It could be but lets see first. It may be possible to get some kind of deal on one. Who knows. they may plan to make quite a few of them and just sell them through Zona-Hobby online. Its not part of the MT line though. Im not even sure it has joints in it.. I think its all magnetic. Ill try to find out more about it. Its 100% sure that it will be very rare in the US though, you can bet on it. But 200? you really think it could get that high? Im thinking more like $120-140..

Well, that sucks!!!! An italian exclusive release is always super expensive! You say $200 but I say closer to $300 once it is shipped!!!!

Speaking about Jeeg. Could it be possible if HLPro released the Jumbo Jeeg in the US? I will really like to avoid those outrageous shipping charges.
