i have a couple more questions on tthe popy xx-14 jet scrander. if you look at the pictures of the actual jet scrander on the box, you will see that the wings have two parts to them on each side. one part is the regular wing like the one that comes with the U5 scrander. the other part is a peice between the wing and the scrander that is makes the two wings sit at an angle instead of horizantally. now if you look at the back of the box in the assembly instructions it does not show that part of the wing. my question is did these ever come with that extra wing section that angles his wings like the photos on box? or did these not actually go into the production ones? you would think that the assembly instructions on back would show these as well. also U5 did an excellent job on recreating those jumbos. that makes me think if these came with that part that U5 would have included them as well in there release of the U5-Z. any information would be very helpful.

A few Mazinger toys get this effect by reversing the wings. Can these wings be removed and swap direction too?

the wings can be put on either way. they are straight out no matter how they are put on. all the photgraphs on the box show an additional angled peice so you can put the wings at an angle. my camera sucks so it is hard to see the seam where the additional peice is on the box photographs. The drawing on the back does not show this peice. sometimes things get left off a toy when they are actually put into production. that is why sometimes the colors might not match instruction sheet or box art. i just do not know if that is what happened with the extra wing sections.
