Here's one in Anaheim. www.phatcollectibles.com/I also remember 2 stores infront of each other that sell vintage collectibles around this vicinity.

I met the phatcollectibles guys at SDCC a few years ago. They usually had good stuff and were cool guys.

The one in Little Tokyo is called "Jungle" (it's in the Little Tokyo Mall).
There's also Meltdown Comics on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. They have some vintage (but pricey).

I recommend just going to Frank and Sons on a Saturday around 11am maybe? Parking can get a little packed. Pretty much everything you need is there from vintage to new toys at decent prices. You can even haggle with some of the dealers.

Somewhere slightly northeast of downtown LA is Chinatown and Little Tokyo, they have many shops there... ...even some of their giftshops may have a few surprizes as far as hidden treasures go. Happy Shopping! zozo-Magengar

oh and you can check out the toy district, there are some rare finds but you have to go through a bunch of crap before you find anything, since its filled with many non toy rleated things (and crap loads of cheap knockoffs) but I managed to find a few Garo figures and such.
