What's the best way of contacting Bandai regarding missing, broken, and/or replacement parts for our SoCs?
Bandai Japan or Bandai Asia? Email or letter?
Any link or info appreciated.

Try copying the japanese text from that pdf, then go to the website of Babelfish and paste the copied japanese text in the box and select to translate it to english. The english translation might read weird due to grammar disarrangement, but at least you'll get a basic idea for which you can proof-read and correct the grammar to give you the information you're looking for.
Babelfish is an online translator. Hope this helps.

I have contacted Bandai before. They provide really good and prompt service. I had a paint chipped with my new GX-31 Voltes V and ask for their help. Bandai's person incharge made an exchange for me for the paint chipped part.
Their level of customer satisfaction services are top level!

I need help as well.... the maid cleaned my chogokin closet when I was in HK shopping for toys. When I came home, lots of parts were detached. After collecting them all, there was one missing part. Venus' Antenna! Now I don't know where to get the antenna. Can anyone help? Should I bother Bandai with this problem of mine? or maybe just buy a new Venus GX12?

That sucks, I don't know why Bandai wouldn't give you two sets of the antenna since they barely stay on, I glued mine on just to make sure. Hopefully they can send you a replacement or you can find a alternative.

Haha. Don't remind me. Venus' antennas are a pain, and much like the tiny antennas on the SOP Yamato, I feel like losing one is almost inevitable.

I am both happy and sad that I don't have that problem. Good luck in finding antenna replacements!

I am not sure Bandai have the part for it, but you can try. Getting a new GX-12 is cheap currently.
