Is there any possible way to get replacement parts for SoC? My Leopaldon is missing one of the two little plastic parts for his firing fists.

You can email to Bandai and tell them your problem. I have got my SOC GX-31 with scratched part being replaced by Bandai HK. Their service was very fast. Only took about a week to get it all done.

It's been said if you are in the US then a written letter, not an email, will get you much further

Not so sure about the US side. I am from Malaysia actually and the replacement was really very fast. From 1st email I wrote to them, until I receive my replacement, only took 3 working days.

If all else fails you can try writing to HLJ.com and asking them if they can get the parts for you. Gold

I wrote an email to bandai regarding my missing venus antenna. After a long while, I received a fedex parcel with a pair of spare antennas. That was after a month or so... I completely forgot about it already.
