Hi guys. We've ordered from Angolz (Big O, Dygenguar & Außenseiter and Tekkaman Blade) over a month ago and we still have not received the three items. Is this unusual? We've ordered from them before and I don't think that it took this long. No rush or anything because these are my Christmas gifts. However, I am a bit concerned... I appreciate any feedback.

over a month? did you get a tracking number from angolz? assuming that you are buying those big boxes items, it has to be EMS.
It took mine about 3 weeks to get to me thru EMS, but i have tracking and most of the time was just sitting at the US custom.

We received a ticket # from angolz.com. Is this the same as the tracking #?

I received my shipment from them in one week so you should have gotten your package by now. Did they send you a tracking number? You will be able to tell since they will say this is your tracking number and have a link to Hong Kong post.

Not that you need to hear me complaining again, but in case you didn't see the Danguard thread...
I ordered a Chromed Yamato Danguard from Angolz. They sent the 'Metallic' version instead. I wrote to ask for an exchange, was given a ticket number, and then never heard from them again. After many angry e-mails to them and Paypal, I finally had to contact my credit card company who agreed to chargeback $60 to Angolz.
A couple days ago, I received an e-mail from Angolz explaining that they do not open the boxes they received from the manufacturer and therefore have no idea what version is inside the box. I replied that this is why the boxes have LABELS on them to identify the contents.
Long story short, I have a version of Danguard I can live with but not the one I wanted and I will not be doing business with Angolz again.
And by the way - it took over a month (about 6-7 weeks) for Danguard to arrive to me in Los Angeles so your package may still be in transit.

Angolz can be very trouble some. If your order is very straight forward and items are in stock, then you should get your stuff under normal time frame. But if certain items are backordered, or has an issue like a return or defective item, be prepared to get stuck with no reply for a month or so...
So while the prices can be attractive, order at your own risk.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We've ordered from them before and had no problem. But it's a different story now... Our order was placed about a month ago. No tracking # or any responses on our emails. Scary because the order if for over $500!!!

Try the "I'm a Admin and I'm not gonna recommend you to anybody" trick and see what happens.

We threatened to call our credit card company to get a refund... This finally made them respond to our emails (we sent a number of messages). We finally have a tracking number. It was really frustrating. We've ordered from them before and had no problems. This is making us think twice about ordering from them again. Not a pleasant experience. No explanation or anything...

I have only ordered once from Angolz and they took over a week to mail out my 300 dollar item. They did not respond to my emails and only shipped my item after an ultimatum from me. I will not ever do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

i've been on the fence about ordering from them for a long time now and this kind of poor customer service just keeps me from ordering Guess I'll keep going elsewhere.

Our package finally arrived. I have not checked the contents because they are my Christmas gifts. What a challenging experience...
