I've been working diligently on an Aoshima gallery, and I am almost done with the Getters (or I at least have it in a semi-presentable format). I will try to add more comparison shots, and I still have to work on the Mazinkaisers. Also, I have not yet proofed most of the work (text, spacing, etc.). But since its the first day of Hanukkah, this is my gift to everyone - a sneak peak at my progress. As indicated on the gallery page, a special thanks goes out to Tsurugi, who without his help, this would not be possible. He provided me with all the photos and descriptions. Erik, you rock! I hope you all enjoy this. Please feel free to post needed edits here (but bear in mind this is still a rough draft so keep that in perspective and keep it nice ). {LINK REMOVED}

Its finally finished!! Aoshima Getters and Mazinkaisers. Tsurugi provided many additional shots, and I'll try to incorporate those in the future. Please let me know if you see any errors that I might have made. It took me so long to finish, that hopefully there aren't any new releases that are omitted! Thanks. www.robotjapan.com/Gallery/Aoshima/Aoshima%20index2.asp

Very Informative, and Educational... this should help those who are looking to complete their Aoshima collections; and those who just want to know about the many versions of these figures in this product line. Great work, guys, we're proud of you! That's one more damn good reason why RJ kicks azz: you guys actually have the figures, And, you actually Do your research most intensively. Cheers! zozo-magengar

Great work!!
Don't know if you want to include this one, but I have an Anime Export weathered Shin Getter variant with Devil Wings and both schythe and axe.

Sure - send me the pics in a similar format. That would be great - thanks!
Tsurugi informed me that I missed a purple Mazinkaiser, and he also has a new one I need to add, so I'll update it soon.

I just want to say thank you for doing this. It is great info. In the future, I would love to see all the Aoshinma diecast toys (all spaceships, vehicles and robots in all different series) line in your Aoshima gallery! ;D

I believe that is a new one ancer.
I just recently got to one of those Kinnokunyia book stores at a mall, and they have a lot of these Aoshima figures, amoung others, right out front. I thought that was really cool, to just walk into a NY mall store, and see some Japanese boxed, expensive robot toys!
