Christmas tree camouflage. Santa must be in league with Cobra. Or the 'Joes really don't like little kids who try to sneak a peek at their presents.

I guess that actually is supposed to be a futuristic ghillie suit. The mechs are pretty weak...too bad, if Hasbro actually put some detail into them they could have been interesting. As is they're worse than Armor-Bot, the mech they made 17 years ago. yojoe.com/vehicles/93/armorbot/

Pfff... Santa Buster is sooooo much cooler than Jungle Viper. Agreed. Maybe we can give him one of Zartan's sleds. All we need now are some 3.75" Reindeer and a little star for the top. Do you want to email Hasbro or should I?

I remember seeing images for these a while ago, I am surprised they had not been in stores yet.

First, I think this is a great idea - if I was a kid, I would have loved this. But looking at it as an adult, wow, do those plastic-y weapons look stupid... which brings me to a related point: the Joe vehicle toys aren't as detailed as you may think. A lot of them have big "gun barrels" that well... aren't barrels. Second... man, I forgot about Armorbot. Thanks for nothing! Third... I wish Sigma 6 hadn't been dropped... these would have fit in better in that line.

Oh wow - those remind me of the old clanky looking Battletech mechs. - I've despised those for years. Guess Ima bot-snob. ^_^;

I shied away from GIjoe toys when I was a kid, but then that KungFu grip came along and I wanted one so badly. I'm not so much into this modern-day GIjoe stuff. Looks like they're jumpin on the "Mech" bandwagon. <yawn> zozo-Magengar

Speaking of copies, have you seen the GI Joe APC? It looks like it was heavily inspired by the one in Aliens. generalsjoes.com/images/reviews/2005/vehicles/rhino-2.jpgI do not think the mecha are avatar copies. I remember seeing pictures of a couple of them back before even the avatar trailer was out.
