Looking at the Johnny Socko's Giant Robo Revoltechs, I can only imagine a Magma Taishi Revoltech can't be too far in the future.

...complete with that Barbie blonde hair mane... accessories include a blowdryer, a mirror, and a comb, and a month's supply of Pantene shampoo/conditioner! ;D ...Act now and buy 4 Magma Taishi revoltechs, and we'll throw in some Sepultura CDs, a display stand that converts into a large mechanical stage with lights and motorized drum riser, Marshall stacks, Hartke amps, Tama 12-pc drumkit, BC Rich guitars and basses (effects pedals/racks sold separately!) and a handful of Alien mini-revoltechs to form a mosh pit! ;D zozo-Magengar ...I can only imagine a Magma Taishi Revoltech can't be too far in the future. }D

Hi, i just noticed you made a separated thread, i found some close-ups of the predator prototype that was on display some time ago, with no joints yet, i was impressed by the detail (but maybe it's because the proto is sometimes bigger than the final one?) sorry if it's a repost also magengar, i think the mini aliens would be nice, especially with upcoming alien queen... and throw in some bloody roots beneath those remains...

It looks like it's from the A V P movie, by the way the armor looks.

That Mother Alien has such a great sculpt and detail, she'll rock with all the Alien drone revo's... this set's definitely perfect for diorama scenes and stop-mo movies. zozo-Magengar

How big is the Alien Queen going to be?

I'd assume the Alien Queen could turn out to be taller, or slightly taller/bigger in size than her drone posse... ...if that should be the case, and if the queen is in the revoltech line (newer line, maybe?) then we could expect to pay a little more for her than the average revoltech retail price; and, She may be the biggest revoltech figure yet- both in Packaging and Size-wise. ;D

Did anyone here ever buy the Revoltech monster duo that was released in this new toyline, Gamera and Gyaos? Ive been wondering if these two figures were worth buying. Been hearing bad things about the Gamera being too small and lacking joints. While the Gyaos is overall too flimsy. Can anybody here clarify or perhaps confirm these reports are true? Pictures would be nice too. Thanks.

I don't have them yet. But I seriously doubt Kayiodo would put out products in the conditions you specified. If they did, that would be the first time I've learned about any QC flaws in this toyline, given their good reputation and rave reviews they've garnered thus far since the beginning.
Even then, I'd still like to score these two specimens for their nostalgic value-- myself being a fan of those monsters, having watched them on tv way back in my kidhood days. ;D

Been hearing bad things about the Gamera being too small and lacking joints. While the Gyaos is overall too flimsy. Can anybody here clarify or perhaps confirm these reports are true? Pictures would be nice too. Thanks. I love 'em. They're anything but flimsy, with most of their joints being the large, super-tight type. Gamera is a little more limited than most revoltechs due to the fact that, well, he's a turtle. That shell is going to get in the way. Size-wise he seems normal revoltech size (older ones, not Fraulein or 2.0 oversized revoltechs, I mean figs like the Revoltech Ingrams, Giant Robo, Tetsujin, and the like), though some people may be talking about overall floor-to-head height since he's designed to be more hunched over so most of his size goes forward rather than up. The Gyaos is absolutely fantastic in design. The wings are clever in that they use a soft, bendable plastic so they can pose just like the real suit did, and there are a number of clever soft plastic pieces in the jaw and head to give it head mobility without having gaps (gamera does this as well and it's rather effective). I haven't had a lot of luck using the included revoltech stand to give it flight poses, but the Tamashii stage stands are better for that anyway. As an added bonus the Gyaos includes a tiny flying version of himself if you want a "forced perspective" display. I think they're totally worth it, myself. They're fantastic looking and nicely poseable representatives of Gamera and his foe - you wont get anything better as far as that goes. *the above opinions are of someone who absolutely loves Gamera but normally HATES revoltechs. Take all that into account when considering these points.
