Out of curiosity, what are the Transformers figures that you can get a good challenge from while transforming them?
I know for certain that the owners of ROFT Leader-Class Optimus Prime are making a challenge of transforming him without activating his voice gimmick ((I'm Optimus Prime)) over and over again.
---
I have ROTF Deluxe-Class Lockdown, and the challenge I have with him is transforming his shoulders without popping his arms off. I still haven't achieved that.
Any others that comes to mind or worth mentioning?

I'm not big on the large Megatron from the first movie. The legs twist around so that the tabs in the lower legs popped into the wings. But to get them pointing that way, you need to twist from the hips... and if you came around the wrong direction, the "skirt" will be in the way. There are multiple joints at the hip area so, to date I'm still not sure if I'm transforming him right. Not a fan of modern Transformers with the "loose" transformations. I liked it better when they were designed to have parts snap straight into place...

I think the most difficult TF I ever transformed it's Grimlock Binaltech/Alternator (or wheeljack). It's sooooooooo difficult...
I remember too that anytime I transform Meister BT I ended with its left arm in the hand. And it's very difficult to not pop the doors of the starscream alternity mold when transforming it to robot.

Not that I actually find the transformation process difficult (though the head can be tricky), but the real trick is transforming them (among others) without knocking the damn doors off. Sometimes I can do it, but sometimes I fail on both doors. Similar story with MP Megatron and not knocking off certain parts in the process like the hip panels or the parts that fold up behind his back. Plus you can do like do and never use instructions no matter how difficult the Transformation may be. It's not like I'll always have the instructions on hand so it's best to get a feel for how parts move and come together by looking at them. Most I do is look at pictures on the box, but it's rare for me to be outright stumped. Emerje

Transforming the Alternity Seekers without the doors, arms or legs falling off. Those are the hardest ones I have without a doubt. I get so mad every time I mess with them.

The legs don't have ball joints. And with the arms I've never have a problem, the joints are stiff.

for me it would be the Optimus Prime and the Ultra Magnus(specially Ultra Magnus) from the transformer robot in disguise animated series to try and create there combine form omega prime( don't remember the name well).
i find it a bit annoying when the parts don't really align so well.

I hadn't transformed them in a while and couldn't remember which was my problem arms or legs. I went back to my Skywarp & SS and, of course, both are almost impossible to transform without the doors falling off. As for arms, both figures have problems with them falling off. SS has a problem with the right one and TC has problems with both. Neither are anywhere close to tight as far as articulation goes.
