I'm a TFS newb, are the toys usually released like that before the movie? From where I came from yeah, toys come out first before the movie.

It's obvious that starscream is mistransformed, but he looks like he got soiled diapers!

Another Jolt? The guy was only in TF2 for 10 seconds and got two deluxe figures for it. I hope he at least gets more screen time in TF3, but that figure looks like assortment filler to me. Man, why are we getting filler figures so soon? Emerje I agree that this deco doesn't exactly look like something out of the films. Still, those extra panels in the doors, the back window, and the separate translucent headlights in the front are different from the original/electrostatic figure. Dunno if it's all new or just a heavy retool, but the old Jolt figure needed a lot of help. If Jolt's sticking around, I guess it's good that they're doing this...better than sticking with the old underwhelming figure for a third go (*cough*RATCHET*cough*). Also, didn't we have first wave filler in RotF too, with the Jazz repaint into Smokescreen? Unfortunately, I guess it's shaping up to be kind of a trend. I'm with the consensus here that what we've seen so far isn't very great. The lame-to-mediocre range seems to be pretty well represented, but nothing has me very excited now. Granted, these early leaks aren't a lot to go off of. Time for me to take a deep breath and wait until this line is closer to actually hitting before making judgments.

I actually don't mind shcokwave. I expect a leader class that will look better though.

The future would tell if I'll get this or Animated Shockwave. They're both Cybertronian tanks, but Animated Shockwave is like four toys in one.

If you don't have an Animated Shockwave, and you like the design/Animated aesthetic, I would 100% recommend getting one. He's a fantastic toy, in either color.

I love his Animated design. And from the review at CollectionDX, the toy got a brilliant design to switch between Shockwave and Longarm.
On second thought, I think I'll pick the Animated version.

Hmmm, I thought Barricade was going to be a white police car in this movie. Interesting... Emerje

Hmmm, I thought Barricade was going to be a white police car in this movie. Interesting... Emerje Many had speculated he's going to be the SUV that crashed with Bumbelbee. --- Anyway, so far, the only figure I really want to get is Starscream. The Mech-Tech sure looks ugly. But if I guessed right, they are plugged using 5mm pegs. If it's possible to switch with other weapons, I'll get a Classics seeker and I'll switch their weapons. I hope my assumption is correct.

2005 boards leader has chimed in with information about an all new upcoming figure for Transformers 3 Dark Of The Moon, Ultimate Optimus Prime! No pic butMovie 3 features Optimus Prime driving into battle with his weapon trailer! Trailer converts into mech suit that powers up Optimus Prime. Try me packaging with light and sound. Optimus Prime has several ports to armor up with mechtech weapons from other characters Not suitable for under 5 years old 2 per carton which means it's at the devastator price point if history repeats itself. Will this figure surpass the Dark Of The Moon Voyager Optimus Prime that we've been seeing recently, and be on par if not better, than the renowned Revenge Of The Fallen Leader Optimus Prime? So the trailer transforms to a mech suit... Ultra Magness anyone?!
