Hello............ Never thought of looking for a forum that focused on the big guys. Mazinga was my first jumbo when I was a kid in 78. (I was 9 living in Guam.) A few years ago I purchased a Mazinga off ebay for parts to complete my childhood toy. How I found you guys, Monday I was at the local Goodwill and came across 3 of the Shogun Warriors for $4.99 each. I couldn't grab them fast enough. *LOL* Picked up Raydeen, Dragun, and another Mazinga. (The on on the far right.) I went on line to try and locate the missing parts and thats how I found you guys. Hope to get to know you guys and in the meantime find some parts and maybe even find some more Shogun Warriors. Doubt they will be $4.99 *LOL* Here are my works in progress.

Welcome to the site! We are always happy to have new members, especially ones from Florida! Its funny - your lineup looks strangely familiar to mine when I first started on these. I got a lot of three Maz JMs and also picked up those other two in other auctions. Before you know it, you'll be delving into the other harder to find stuff. ;D

I hope to keep this a VERY part time hobby. *LOL* I have way to many other hobbies to deal with at the moment, but like everything else I sorta go over board when I start something I don't plan on getting heavy into......

That's a tough one... what kind of Instruction sheets, you mean the ones that came with the jumbos (Mattel Shogun Warriors)? If those are what you're after, try this yahoogroup site... groups.yahoo.com/group/MachinderShop/?yguid=137858598You have to join that yahoo group to access their file folders, but I believe they might have those sheets in their group folders somewhere. Hope this helps. zozo-Magengar

I jump to this post to say a quick hello to the new comers, hope you will find some interesting stuff here. As for the question where to find stuff, well ebay is a good start, and of course there's always Yahoo Japan Auctions if you start looking for a harder fix Always nice to see new people around.

If it was me at that Goodwill and found those, my heart would be racing, adrenaline pumping & I would be looking around confused thinking "For Real? Nobody wants these?!" - Hot footing it to the register and out the door with a smirk on my face! -B
