About to say, that is more of a store/warehouse. Where are the open box display? Boxes are boring to look at. 2nd that.....may as well keep your cash, pay the bus fare and do periodic visits to the toystore and ask to see their stockroom. Of course during an earthquake we'd all be screwed all our stuff would be broken/damaged but his would still be MIB with only the box baring the brunt of the damage.

Well, the idea of having that stuff is cool, but being how it is, it seems sort of pointless.

dude that's pretty much all the modern higher end toys that I'm aware of hidden all in one place. Neat and organized too!
Before you guys jump to conclusion, maybe some of them boxes are empty with the content displayed somewhere else. Either way it seems a very complete collection of modern (and some vintage) toys.

Whether I'm seeing boxes, or actual SOCs displayed, I'm wonder-struck beyond sensory overload looking at all these pics! I'll have to snap a pic of my GX-02R. My GX-01R is stored in a box at my mom's house in Puerto Rico. Like I said, I only have two SOCs. ;D Nice hauls, guys! Thanks for sharing! zozo-Mag

LOL....it's all relative, really. My modest SOC numbers would seem totally excessive to an outsider, but among SOC & Gokin purists, it's pretty mild. I have 42 SOCs if you include the GE's & GD's. I also have a roughly equal number of non-Bandai diecasts, like MF, CM's, Aoshima, ect. If you count the number of plastic action figures & vinyl statues than it's probably approaching 200 or so + a certain amount of gashapons. It's impressive to a non-collector but I'm sure it barely scratches the surface of some of the more hardcore among us. Still, I'm pretty happy with my collection for the most part. Sure, there's always that extra little piece that I could really use, but I think I have most of my big-time PERSONAL GRAILS covered. That's really the most important thing in this hobby. Or at least it SHOULD be IMO. The rest is gravy and will accumulate over time.

I think if you told your average person that you have.. say, 10 robots, they would think it was a lot!

I think if you told your average person that you have.. say, 10 robots, they would think it was a lot! That's so true. I know whenever my wife's friends made their way to my basement they're flabergasted with the sheer volume of stuff that "my wife let me have" following up with "How many vacations is this stuff worth? or "couldn't you have renovated the kitchen with the money you let him spend on this crap?" Then there's my freinds "Man, add this to the cost of your current ride and you could've bought a GTR....what a waste"

Medtech, you have a collection matching HLJ or Angolz warehouse! ;D
I see that you have two sets of EX Gokin Getters ... but both sets are perfectly sealed. You do not even display the extra set?
Have you opened any box to check if all parts are there? No damages?
Do you collect chogokins because of the robos and its design, history etc? Or are you actually happy with the "hunt" or the shopping itself?
