My Hercules should have been done by now, but thanks to the cancellation of not just one, but two lines changed my plans.

i was messin aroun w dr crank and all the connectors he has (which id still like a clarification y there are so many) an di think i stripped structor's knee conector fro herc, or the connector for herc... let me know if there is an upgrde kit with new joints and maby a fix for the wiggly crotch. pack those w a sword, also i wonder if the shoulder extenders can be stored on hercs back to sorta keep all the parts in one place and bake hm look a little less like grim bit his shoulder blades out

*sigh* I've said it before and I'll say it again... NEVER EVER PLUG STRUCTOR INTO DR CRANK. Sorry to say, but you did the same mistake I did and there's no going back. I was lucky - I could transplant a fresh connector from Neckbreaker since he was still fresh out of the box and hadn't been plugged anywhere.

Hey guys, TFW's GI Eddie's rage face arrived. Haven't got time to paint but here it is. It's rough on the inside but the proportions are nice and in my opinion the best out there currently.

It isn't on a blister card or baggie. It is plugged into the connection port on Mad Blender. It hides that hole in vehicle mode. On a side note, has anyone contacted TFC about missing parts. I was swapping out a Heavy Load waist part and noticed that I am missing the silver plastic piece that gives Heavy Load's waist ratchet clicking. No wonder mines was so loose when I fold him down from vehicle mode to Robot mode.

What the... ? Looks mike they sent a piece quickly molded and not very sanded... Locidm, what's your feeling with this piece ? Is it better to order Dr Wu version which is factory molded ?... Regarding this look on you picture, I think I would rather create my own version... (that's I will do next) ^__^

The face is actually pretty smooth. They chose a material with embedded strength enhancing component, which is why the color doesn't look even. I think it will look nice after I have time to paint it.
My nitpick on this face: - back side is rough - the peg doesn't attach as securely as the original face, but it fits fine - there's a small gap between the left side of the face and the "helmet". This may become more apparent after painting so it's probably my biggest gripe.
Overall for $7 shipped its totally worth it because it brings life to Herc's otherwise boring face.

Well, I just emailed TFC myself asking for that small little piece inside of Heavy Labor. Right now, as a fix, I just cut up a small piece of eraser and jammed a piece of Gunpla plastic in the middle, at least that gives me some friction so that it doesn't flop.
So last night I did some major surgery to Heavy Labor. I took that new waist/hip part that came along with Bone Crusher and open that one up. Apparently, the only difference between the new one and and old one is that they just greased up the new one. That loosen up it up a bit but still would cause the gears to strip in the long run. So I did the modification that I saw on Youtube where they guy cuts into that plastic piece so that there is a little give. That way the gears will not strip away. So the old one, I didn't turn the hips that much so the gears wasn't stripped that badly, still nice to have replacement parts if indeed these new waist part wears out. I also realign the hip so that they are straight. The left hip was off by one small click.
Then I also perform some repairs to the loose ratchet connection joint on Mad Blender. I used the repair method as shown by Lejam. Thanks again for the repair tutorial. Very simple, but in opening up Mad Blender to get to the small parts that clicks into place, I've notices some stress marks on the side of my Mad Blender. For some reason, the screw hole was over tighten and was widen, causing the plastic on the outside to stress a bit. Nothing big, but a noticeable white stress mark on the side of Mad Blender close to the connection port. After the repair, now that joint is tight and ratchets fine.
I see a couple of post with links for where to buy this. Personally, I say go with RobotKingdom, still cheaper than anywhere else. That toywave link is still higher @490. All six can be purchased at Robotkingdom for under 480$. The only thing that sucks from them is that because of the size of these figures and the weight, the cheapest shipping cost from them is around 60-70$. But still, that is still much cheaper then how much I paid for mines. Hopefully, the new ones that are being made has less QC errors.
