For this thread I was thinking about not only listing what new SRCs we would like to see, but also what suggestions would be cool to include and/or change from what we've seen so far.
I've been generally very happy with the SRC line, so the only things that I can think of are more like additions.
Suggestions: I wouldn't mind seeing very small figs, gashapon type, included when appropriate. Most especially so with SRC combiners. It would so cool to have all of the individual vehicles in very, very small gashapon type figures (like maybe 2-3 cm in size) that are cheap and simple. So no articulation, simple paint apps, but fun for display next to the comparatively hulking SRC.
Top SRCs I want made: Dangaioh Gravion Archanfel from Guyver (assuming Max Factory is never going to do it)

Mekanda Robo is a very good candidate for the SRC treatment.

I think robots that aren't in the SOC line should still be made into SRC's I still want the Getters and Grendizer but they should still focus on the non-SOC's for now. I still would prefer these robots like GGG were SOC's but I could live with a SRC version of Dangaio, Jeeg, Golion, Dairugger, etc. What I wouldn't mind seeing are things like bases or hangers as long as their not web exclusives plus make all plastic versions of giants like that King-J Der that was shown or if they made a SRC Gaiking a large plastic Daiku Maryu. They are starting to get a little Sentai and GGG heavy but there's still enough variety to keep me happy just limit the web exclusives.

There are plenty of Super Robots left to be made, as well as accessory packs for them. Bases would rock too! But yes, Grendizer, all the Getters, Jeeg(s), and Gaiking definitely should make it to this line... and enemies would be very welcome as well! ;D

More robots from the Super Robot Taisen series, particularly the non transformable ones. The Gespenst series itself would make Bandai quite rich with its color scheme variations.

Totally agree with you tragichero. But sales would be limited, right? I don't think so. :)There are very little villian robot's in the market.Besides it will look good in your display cabinet when the hero & the villian robot are in fighting pose.

It is so strange,in every other action figure or robot toy line in HISTORY villains have been well represented,in God's name WHY NOT WITH SUPER ROBOTS!!!!UGGGH its annoying,Mazinger enemies alone would sell feverishly!!
I second bases,I cant get enough of my Big Falcon bootleg,Nanbara base or Reideen mountain!SRC ones would be great!!
My vote for an SRC would be Gakeen, with small magnets, the robot would wouldnt be as hard to pose, and be very cool!!Mekanda Robo too as malakas said.A small Danguard-Ace would be sick too!the four Machine Blaster/Astrorobots would be another vote for me too!!Lets have some obscure 70s types!!,why not ?!! SRC has enough obscure modern ones,{that I dont want!}so why not some older ones that I DO WANT!!
Anyone noticing a trend here??Everyone above wants classic Super Robots or the more popular named newish ones,so why is Bandai giving us ones noone asks for?I mean people still eat them up,but does anyone here really care about half of the ones they have released?honestly? They are cool, but who can relate to them as shows,or recognise them even?I never heard of most of them until they became SRCs, howabout some ones we actually want? Instead of all these new Sentais, give us some OLD sentais!!what happened to Sun Vulcan?I thought he was coming out?
Im just saying how much more fun is it when you KNOW the robot!!Or hes one of your fan favorites!SRCs are all pretty cool, but they should st least for every new oddball have a known classic, right?

Its gotta be tough for Bandai their tying to please everybody and still have to make a profit. I can see why there's a big push with GGG and the Sentai stuff because it sells but they also take a chance alienating hardcore fans at the same time. So far I thinking their doing good with a nice mix of different franchise but I wouldn't mind seeing an even greater mix. Have twelve unique releases based on twelve different franchise a year and if they want to re-visit a franchise they can do it the next year I'm sure the fans will wait and anticipation would grow.

Remember, Bandai Japan gives three craps about what anyone outside Japan wants. They will only cater to the Japanese customers. If we gaijins happen to like what they release, is fine by them. If we don't like what they release, is fine by them as well. That is why they have a Bandai America branch for us here in the U.S.... even if they only put out crap.

I believe the idea Bandai was launching the SRC line, is for aiming a younger market audience in Japan (or to wherever it can be expanded). So it means more affordable price for a gokin, and characters that are more popular for them. I'm not surprised if this line are more focusing on newer sentai robo, newer anime mecha robots, and of course the SRW crews. Because those are what most younger audience are keen of. There's nothing we can do about it. I just wish that SOC line is also as active as it used to be, having like 5 - 6 releases a year. And of course, with the real super robot releases from 70s - 80s

Villians that appeared in Mazinger & other super robot animations. Hell yeah! Bring us SRC Garada K7 & Doublas M2 with some of Great Mazinger & UFO Robo Grendizer enemies (uh, but Bandai should make a SRC Grendizer first). Anyway, yeah...SRC Garada K7 & Doublas M2 would be f**king awesome! Oh, one more thing...release the damn-long-awaited 2nd Mazinger Weapon Set, Bandai! They are giving Godzilla some silly accessories soon and they do not care to release Mazinger's 2nd weapon set yet? <dugh!>

Id like some obscure Mazinger enemies too! Hmmm...Would "Ankoku Daishôgun" (as a an enemy for SRC Great Mazinger) suit the SRC line too?
