Hi guys, ishop2go have recently upgraded their website, but to my horror, all my preorder records have been wiped clean in the members area>orders area. i have fully paid for all my items but none are being displayed. i have seek ishop2go customer support but so far we are going nowhere. did any of you encounter the same problem? or is there a proper way of retrieving the records? TIA. mods, if i posted this in the wrong section, please feel free to move it to the right one. thanks

ouch. did you pay via paypal? can you pull the invoice from paypal website as proof of payment?

Nope, i used credit card but i recalled asking my credit card company (last year when i placed my first preorder with ishop2go) about whether i could get a refund if my transaction went south with ishop2go and they assured me that i can. For most if not all online toy shop stores their customer purchases in their database which could be viewed online anytime, i duno why ishop2go cannot achieve such a simple task. I really hope they can resolve this, otherwise this would be my last time buying from them.

To close the loop on this and to the benefit to members who might encounter this problem in the future, i finally got the problem fixed. under my account, there is a header titled "Order V1.0 Orders (before 12/12/2012)", which does not look like a hyperlink in anyway, but if your orders are blank, click on it and your orders will be displayed.
