I love the Dstyle, fewture es line and metal boy stuff. Even if you don't like the style you have to appreciate the engineering involved in making a chibi robot. Especially the cool gimmicks like the light up eyes.
I'm really looking forward to the es reideen from fewture releasing in April (which will push likely knowing future). Beautiful design and can actually transform to god bird mode!
Next on my wish list is a chibi diecast gurren Lagann. I have a feeling metal box might do that since they did make a resin kit version a while back (almost impossible to find some kind of limited release and very cool looking).
It's clear there is a market for these as companies continue to release these chibi figures.
What would u guys like to see next and with what gimmicks?

Gold lightan... oo ya that would be awesome! Is that just an anime or manga? Always thought he was cool looking but never seen or read the story. I'm one of those collectors who need to know the story behind the robots I buy

My rough sketch of a metalboy tetsujin. I think tetsujin would fit well with there egg shape design

I'm a huge fan of Fewture's ES gokin releases, and while I've held off so far on Yamato's metal boy figures, my resolve has been waning of late.
Fewture had shown prototypes of both an ES Gokin Dancouga and a Gold Lightan - I hope those are still on the cards, because the ES Gokin line has replaced the Brave Gokin and SOC line as a casual collection gokin line for me.

I have mixed feelings about yamato metal box. The design is cool, but they feel a little cheap in the arms. ON the other hand so do fewtures a bit. Not really sure which I like better. My guess is whomever makes an ES Gurren

I don't have any of the Yamato but saw a few on display while in Tokyo and HK earlier. They look stunning an high end. The paint job was excellent and make it seem like it metal all over even though that's probably not the case.
Good thing I don't collect SD.
