Why on earth is it so hard to change a credit card number on a Matty Collector pre order?? Their phone staff seem to know NOTHING!!
Any tips?

It is hit or miss. I was lucky enough that it only took me one phone call to their staff to get it done. Other members here have horror stories about how hard it was. I guess you just gotta keep trying. }D

All I can say about Matty collector is: good luck.
I managed to get in email contact with some sort of manager after they cancelled my subscription. He was at least coherent and provided useful information. However it still took months for them to fix the issue and reinstate my subscription.

Luckily I have until December before this ships. I wish they would just sell through Amazon.

Do what I did. Tell your bank to not allow Matty to ever charge your card again, and then cancel all orders. I spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to get them to fix my orders and they are too retarded to figure it out. I even cad conference calls with my bank, Matty managers, and me on the phone. Still they couldn't figure out how to charge my card. I had multiple subscriptions from day one, and now I get nothing from that failure of a company.

Where is their customer support located? I don't think they are in the U.S... }D India...I know because i had to call 4 times to change my card which expired right before Black lion came out. It took FOUR CALLS. The reason I called so much is because I got off each call with that feeling that something was wrong so I kept calling and got into a couple of angry moments where I would just yell because I would ask them to repeat what I asked them to do and they would get it wrong. I mean Im a calm person but they are horrid

Looks like they did what they said they would. My order is now with my new card. I hope.
