Yup, guess its more cost effective for a one time or small scale production. Guess it'd be really heavy though.

Loosely translated, they've been working on that project for seven years; the model is based on the Matchbox VF-16 figure. They're selling a fully-made model, or you can by the design plans to build your own. (If you buy the fully-made model, you pay full price plus shipping.) I believe they're also adding a custom-printed tshirt to go with the model. Sorry about my translation, I was translating as I watched the video but the stream-download froze at certain frames and my browser hung. Also, their Spanish dialect is slightly different from mine.
