Hehe, awesome Josh! Wreckage looks really cool. Well, I'm moving at a very slow pace getting the toys and stuff, but the other day I got the Optimus voice changer helmet (Peter Cullen version ;D) and Optimash Prime. I LOVE that Potato Head!!! Seriously folks, I've never loved a toy recommended for kids 2 and up as much in my life. Long live Optimash Prime! i also liked the way optimash also has a toy optimus with him too. here are some pictures from the stores. ;D

That's right. The one with Peter Cullen's voice has "Featuring the Real Movie Voice" on the box, whereas the other one has something like "Push buttons for phrases", or something. I can't remember exactly what the other one said, but if you're going to buy it, make sure it says "Featuring the Real Movie Voice". If you're still unsure about which version it is, you can push the buttons yourself and hear the difference before you even go to check out. It's unmistakable really.

im still toy hunting for the transformers movie toys. collectors here in the philippines are in buying frenzy. hardest to find is arcee, barricade, robo vision optimus prime and bumblebee.
and the leader class optimus prime is impossible to find on toy racks. they are sold the minute they are displayed on the toy racks.

I have Blackout. Looks great in vehicle mode. Not bad in bot mode. Haven't seen Voyager Class Starscream yet.

Just want to share with you the pics of the Cybertron Philippines event: the Philippine Launch of the Transformers Movie toys It is official. Kids of all ages gathered around to join in on the fun as Cybertron Philippines provided the entertainment, Solar-UIP lent the clips and of course the movie ticket selling, and Toy Kingdom supplied the toys. What more can anyone ask for? Collectibles on storage boxes being brought to the event area, stage background tarps being set, finalizing the booth sections, here's where everyone at CYBPH gets geared up for the event proper. Despite the cabs running a bit late (as in after midnight late) the stress of the incident didn't stop the team from laying all the collectibles in it's proper place. We left mega at about 4am to get a bit of rest then went back at around 6 to carry on with the setup. The selling booth opened earlier than the exhibit, to give time for the fans and nonfans to purchase their wares before joining in the later festivities. Posters were given to the movie toy shoppers, and the promise of an enjoyable day that Cybertron Philippines, Toy Kingdom and Solar - UIP has planned for. It wasn't long before the Optimus Primes and the Bumblebees disappeared from the shelves. Although restocks helped a bit to calm the rowdy crowd. It was awesome. As radio personality Emcee Dash approaches the entrance of the event, he introduces Ms. Bernie Mamon-Luk and Mr. Paul Fernando, both from Toy Kingdom and SM Megamall, who were there to officially open the event area via a ceremonial ribbon cutting. CybPh founder Steve Yau was there too, and after the confetti gets released, it was time to step in to the world of Transformers. [End of Part 1]

Upon entering the activity area, one will first notice the awesome stage setup consisting of three backdrops representing the plot of generally every Transformers series, including the upcoming movie. The Autobots, as we all know, have always been there to protect the human race while the Decepticons are there otherwise. The clashing faction symbols represent the battle of the two groups of sentient robots and a TV screen is placed on the stage to show TV spots, teasers and trailers from the upcoming movie. Now that's something that'll keep fans glued to the audience seats. Immediately to the left of the entrance is a towering 8-foot Optimus Prime provided by Hero TV and Growee. The assurance that Growee provides emanates from this tall statue as visitors have their pictures taken courtesy of Epson's hi-tech printing system. A souvenir frame comes with the photo upon purchase of an Epson or Growee product. Indeed a sight to behold, and a memory to take home. Activity and Sponsor Booths around the area provide the visitors with on-ground fun for every transformers fan. Those with proofs of purchase were encouraged to register for games or have themselves "branded" with either the autobot or decepticon logo, or have their caricature made c/o our talented artist. Epson was there to show off their cool gadgets while Growee provided samples for the audience. A demo booth has been set up for those who want to try out the new movie toys. Now if that doesn't get anybody the Transformers feel, there's still more in store. [End of Part 2]

Ahh, the area that makes every adult reminisces about the bots that had when they were kids. The toy display section by CybPh provided something similar to a time machine in the world of the transformers. Toys and Collectibles from 1984 to the present were showcased for the visitors to feast their eyes on. From the leftmost part of the display, one would realize that this would be the favorite hangout of the 30 and up guys who grew up with the Generation 1 Series. Collectibles from Eric Cruz (Thunderbreak), Stephen Si (Protoform-S) and Ren Estrada (Ren) gave the viewers the nostalgia of the first landing of these sentient bots to earth, and the first struggle between Autobots and Decepticons. Fast Track to an era where the Transformers are given the roaring wild treatment care of Beast Wars, Beast Wars 2, Beast Wars Neo and Beast Machines. Toys by Stephen Si (Protoform-S), Alex Santos (AlexX) and Ben Bartolome (Fero McPigletron) provide this cabinet with the much needed animal feel. Stephen Si (Protoform-S), JC Chua (Cmdr Janjalani), Eric Cruz (Thunderbreak) and Duane Cenido (Ziggy Stardust) supplied the ammo for Armada and RID. The Armada series has been shown in local and cable channels like HeroTV thus the familiarity of the kids who admired this display. Super-linking it's way to the 5th cabinet are the toys from the Energon series showcased by Ren Estrada (Ren). And to complete the line-up of TV-series inspired toys, Stephen Si (Protoform-S) and Ren Estrada (Ren) showcased the bots from the Cybertron line. What's a good display without exclusive figures to make the mouths of TF fans water? A layer of hard-to-find collectibles owned by Steve Yau (Wildstar), Eric Cruz (Thunderbreak) and Jones Moral (DeathMachineGun) ought to make this shelf the highlight. The last cabinet focuses on the current toys and the not-so-playable collectibles. Alec Palomo (BlackBison,) JC Chua (Cmdr Janjalani) and Jason Veneracion (Waraijj) provided the TF Classics toys depicted in an Ark Diorama by Charms Estrada. Alternators, Masterpieces and Titaniums are the theme of the second layer of collectibles from Rommel Metrillo (Rohml), Ren Estrada (Ren) and Duane Cenido (Ziggy Stardust). To complete the display, Eric Cruz (Thunderbreak) brought out his precious TF-inspired stone collection, surrounding the Autobot Matrix of Leadership replica provided by Steve Yau (Wildstar)

On to the program which was carefully laid out and executed by the CybPh team, with the help of Heart FM DJ and TF Enthusiast Emcee Dash. It was definitely an honor to have him as the host of the event, with his perky attitude and his overflowing knowledge of Transformers, he sure made the event lively for the visitors. Stage games galore courtesy of the guys from CybPh and Growee kept the visitors busy, as if the on-ground events were not enough to cultivate the fun in the event. A Bring Me game shook the audience as the kids rallied to get the items required by Emcee Dash, like an event flyer, a CybPh member, toys purchased from the selling booth and growee sponsored requests like a tall person and a picture with the 8 foot Optimus Prime. A rap contest was also sponsored by Growee to the tune of Growee's theme "Tatangkad din ako..." Winners got Transformers-related items and Growee gift packs. An exciting Matching Game tested the kids' familiarity with the Transformers Movie characters. Logic and luck on the other hand was needed to complete the puzzle game. The smartest and the fastest kids emerged victorious. To lighten the mood a bit, a stop-dance competition was held to show who can do the whip-it when the tune is playing. Lots of laughs courtesy of our wacky contestants echoed in the event area. For a bit of a serious feel, a transforming contest was also held to see who knows his or her toy well. Finally, a tribute to the artists of tomorrow with the On-the-Spot Transformers Drawing Contest posed a challenge for the most original piece of art from both kids and adults. And the winners are... While the event progresses, the abundance of the people gracing the event was just overwhelming. Who can blame them? The Transformers Series has spanned generations, connecting legacies with stories from each generation and the toys that accompanied each series. There was something worthwhile for any age bracket who steps into the world that Cybertron Philippines recreated in the SM Megamall Atrium together with our sponsors. With the emergence of two cosplayers wearing Transformers costumes, it was enough to divert the attention of the crowd, and even the host who was excited to see these fans dress up as our robot heroes. Bumblebee and Brawn have been welcomed to to the event, even more by the new generation of TF fans. It was truly a sight to see... Of course, as with any big event, the media wasn't far behind. During the morning, Kzone dropped by to interview Eric Cruz (ThunderBreak) regarding the group and the event. A couple of shots were taken from the event area, particularly the display modules. The guys from Kzone left with the promise of a feature for their June issue. Philippine Star also graced the event to feature the group courtesy of Alec Palomo (BlackBison) who also gave a backgrounder on the new movie toyline. A sunday issue is in the works. Finally, Hero TV was there for the TV coverage of the event and got to talk to CybPh officers Steve Yau (Wildstar) and Rommel Metrillo (Rohml) as well as new guys like Alexx Santos (AlexX.) and Jones Moral (DeathMachineGun). It was indeed a good day for Transformers. Before the night ended, The Luscious Malfoys, a band from NWA performed the Transformers Theme for everyone's listening pleasure. The arrangement was awesome! It was enough to lighten up the evening festivities, but a raffle was still underway. It comes to the part that everyone has been waiting for, well, not really, since most of the winners were not there anymore, but they will be called on by Toy Kingdom to claim their prizes. Apart from 6 small prizes, 3 major prizes consisting of a Voyager Ironhide, a Voice Changer Helmet and a Leader Class Megatron were given to three lucky people during the event. While the third and second place winners weren't there, the first prize winner by the name of Fernando Samson was able present to claim his stash. Congratulations, Fernando. For doing a very good job hosting the event, Cybertron Philippines council members Eric Cruz, Alec Palomo and Rommel Metrillo gave Emcee Dash a Leader Class Optimus Prime as thanks for the effort he has contributed to make this event a huge success.

Boyet: I personally don't like that repaint, the Energon one is so much better! the pink one here is a totally new mold and is slighly bigger than the energon version. arcee's version here was first introduced in the transformers movie prequel comics. but the scout class blue arcee here is the repaint version of the energon arcee and is cheaper. the pink arcee is shortpacked and is very much in demand for the collectors. ;D
