A jeeg is nice addition to the src line. Bandai is making money with their recent src releases and it wouldn't hurt to release an src Jeeg. It would be awesome if the src line can complete the whole Go Nagai robot family. Also someone needs to remind Bandai that people are still waiting for their spazer for src Grendy.

Maybe if they had released all the other prototypes they had shown previous. But not in lieu of those. They still need to release GaoFaiGar, Brave Fighbird, Sun Vulcan, Big O, Giant Robo, GekiTouja, Daiboken, etc, etc, etc.
Jeeg was not even on the infamous Tamashii Want List.

Those robots you listed are for the newer generation robot lovers, we oldies will always have a place for Jeeg in our hearts I hope Bandai cranks up their production of src releases and release their earlier announced robots so we can finally have our Jeeg.

They still need to release GaoFaiGar, Brave Fighbird, Sun Vulcan, Big O, Giant Robo, GekiTouja, Daiboken, etc, etc, etc. Jeeg was not even on the infamous Tamashii Want List. See, I'd rather get a SRC Jeeg before every single one of these. Different strokes for different folks. I'd love to have a GaoFaiGar diecast figure, but with my Max Factory Genesic GaoGaiGar and the probably similarly-size SOC GaoGaiGar, I don't really have any interest in a SRC GaoFaigar. Brave Fighbird. Maybe the anime is cool and all, I just haven't watched it, but the robot's design doesn't really stand out in my eyes. I guess it has its fans. Could be a good one for the line. Sun Vulcan, GekiTouja and Daiboken. Not a huge Sentai fan. I seriously had to Google these names to know what you were talking about here. My Sentai wishlist started and ended with the first Power Rangers Megazord. Not saying I will not buy more if they make some that I think look cool based on their looks alone, but that was the only one on my SRC wishlist. Big O. The SOC was a fine piece which I sold only because I also had the even more impressive (IMO) Max Gokin version. As much as I love the Big O, I don't think I'd go for a SRC. Weeeell... maybe... as a desk toy. Big O IS pretty cool. He'll fight Godzilla. What? Big O never fought Godzilla? Well he will if Bandai makes one! Same with Giant Robo. The Yamato version is a big heavy sexy diecast brick. Not nearly as articulated as the most constipated of the SRCs, but then so is Giant Robo in the classic OVAs (or anywhere else, I think). He's not meant to do handstand splits. He's just one mean hunky wall of pain, whose constipation makes even more furiously dangerous. Grooooah! What I don't have though is a diecast Jeeg to go with my SOC Shin Jeeg. Bandai could very well turn the disappointingly small size of their SOC Shin Jeeg to their advantage by making a SRC "Old Jeeg" of the same height to go with it. And then releasing a bunch of Tamashii web exclusive option parts packs...

Post your wants on the Facebook Bluefin Tamashii page. I did. Agreed. They need to be spammed on their wall. Although, I cannot tell if they pay attention!

That Jeeg right there is from the Koutetsushin Jeeg OVA... look at the panel lines. The 1975 Jeeg's chest lines are vertically straight single lines, and he had no panel lines on his legs. Looked a lot chubbier, too. This Jeeg here has his lines looking more like "veins"... if I'm not mistaken, this retro remake version Jeeg is another one of Ken Ishikawa's drawing style renditions, right? By "old model" they were referring to the classic '75 Jeeg character by appearance and name. zozo-mag Actually, Evolution Toy called their Kotetsu Jeeg "Old Model" on the box. Picture from CollectionDX }D Yes, in opposition to their "New model" Shin Jeeg. But I'm sure I saw a pre-order of it that called it "Modern Jeeg" in addition to "old model". Can't remember where, though. Anyway, the '70s Jeeg looked chubbier and Evolution's take is supposed to be based on its thinner design from Kotetsushin Jeeg.
