Very interested in what TMZ is making.
Are you using a 3D printer?

Once I get it right, I'll put it in Tinkercad. Anyone who wants it then can download it from there and get it printed commercially. A lot of libraries and colleges have 3D printers that folks can get stuff printed for cheap. Also, there's places like Shapeways that will print it for a fee plus shipping, and they offer a lot of materials to choose from... even gold! }D

Im hesitant in removing that plastic now, maybe that area when moving chest up and down is for paint rubs. Its a very weird spot to put a plastic piece for shipping scratch reasons no,also thats its VERY hidden? Unless they thought he would rattle in that area? Im not taking it out til we are sure, why would it be such a b*tch to get out in first place, usually these type of pieces are very obvious not hidden, youd think they would mention it in teh instructions, seeing is they dont maybe its there and "hidden" for a reason like I illustrated? Those parts are very close in touching.Maybe its to reduce scratches in normal play? Am I overthinking this?It just looks hard to get out.no pull tab or anything..

I've been twisting and rotating the Kaizer, and no scratches have appeared there. }D

Well, I have 10 SRC Mazinger Z's, and none of them were floppy out of the box. My only SRCs that were crazy floppy out of the box were the Reideen, and the GaoGaiGar's hip joints. So, here if the peg for downloading: www.thingiverse.com/thing:739404/#filesIt works, but I think it could be stronger - but it would be at the cost of scratching the sword. So I left it like it was. I made it so it can be rotated to display the sword in whatever angle you prefer... as long as gravity allows it. }D

This SRC is great but the cape is too heavy for any pose with a bend forward... kinda sad.

Like a scanner? I tried with an Xbox 360 Kinect, but the results pretty much sucked. It is not good for small parts, only human sized items work okay with it. I also tried a 3D scanner, but sent it back because it sucked more than the Kinect. }D

Well I just emailed HLJ about my order and looks like they ran out of stock before they could fulfill it. Told me to wait a week since they're trying to obtain more.

Ive never had problems with HLJ not fulfilling something. Well I only PO'd on the 15th but that was only because HLJ suddenly had it available to Add to Cart after being on Order Stop for a while. Originally had a PO with BBTS but cancelled with them when HLJ opened up. It's all good. I don't doubt I'd be able to procure one in the long run. I'll give them the week they're asking for.
