Still no reply from Tony concerning my yellow lion I really hope he follows through on his promise of customer service. Contact Paypal or your credit card as soon as possible! The more you wait, the more you risk your credit cards/Paypal not being able to help. You can always close a (Paypal) dispute when you are satisfied. However, once the alloted time runs out, you're pretty much out of luck. It rubs me wrong when I see posts justifying the sellers delays to answer emails from their customers in a timely fashion - which should be less that 48 hours MAX. You know why? Because the sellers were SUPER QUICK to take their customers money! Don't feel bad for asking for what you are 100% entitled to! }[

Still no reply from Tony concerning my yellow lion I really hope he follows through on his promise of customer service. Honestly, just send him another email and considering waiting a bit. The T man receives a ton of emails everyday and needs time to look at them. The best time to contact the guy is probably Monday - Thursday. Do not make a paypal dispute as that could upset him. I trust the T man will handle our replacements in a timely manner.

Did you just advise him not to make a Paypal dispute because it may "upset" him? Wow... monari, I see a trend here. The same happened with the Vehicle Voltron, and to this day, there are a few members that either NOT received replacement parts, or NOT received a figure at all (or money back). Nothing catches the attention of a seller faster that a Notification from Paypal or credit card saying they are taking your money back if you don't settle an issue with a customer. Seriously, #uck Tony from Mad Toys, or any seller that does not deem their customers issues important enough to reply in a timely manner. Yeah, you can tell I'm pissed off at these f**kers that all they do is take your money and then don't give two sh*ts about any isues you have with their products. I'm freaking feed up with it and will not stand for it. }[

The reason why Tony hasn't sent out the replacements yet because there's a second production run being made in January. Tony has responded to 100% of my emails and I'm not the only one. Most of the time he replied to my emails within the same day and only once did it take a week to respond. Let's give them a chance. Despite all odds they released the figure, they got it out on time and are doing their best to help customers. Those of us who need replacements just need to give them time.

First congrats Gokin! Glad to seen he's finally in your hands and in perfect condition! Second, TMZ I can see where your coming from bro but Moleman is right we need to remain civil. It be a different story if Mr. T was like "that guy" and wasn't responding at all to customers but it appears he is. As long as he keeps that up then there should be no need for concern. Mind I'm not siding with them (I have my own grievances about them) but, people need to keep calm and be tactful. Filing a PP claim should only be used as a last resort when there's no other option.

You're all grown up, and will do as you wish. This is exactly the same story as with MP and Toyfreakz. I got my emails answered by them, and I got my replacement pars too. So I vouched for them and against other members' advise until my fingers were raw. And then, many got screwed. There is no difference between the two.
You folks do as you wish...

These people dont care about you, they are here to make money, giving them nicknames and all that, like the T man etc and making them sound cool or the man of the hour backs what im saying, its like the seller encompasses teh product and is so related to it they get a momentary godlike status or something, and defending teh person like hes your friend is really to me ludicrous, its VERY odd,I saw myself going that way with Dave, but deep down did I really care about him?NO,it was the Voltron i wanted, like it was the $ he wanted. This isn't anything like what happened with Dave. MT delivered the product to peoples door steps and they didn't make false promises or excuses along the way. Again I'm not taking sides here I'm just saying we need to remain level headed and civil. Filing a PP claim is only supposed to be used when negotiations between you and the seller have totally broken down. As long it appears Tony is trying to help his customers they should be patient but keep an eye on the their time window and act accordingly. It will also reflect on you better showing you gave them plenty to make things right and they didn't should it come to that.

Agreed, filing paypal claims should only be used when the transaction has gone out the window. Thank you kamenrider for being the word of reason for today. Let's all save the pitchforks and torches for another day.

i understand both sides but im with give them time not too much but reasonable amount of time because the guy i bought mine from told me a huge number of orders that he got on the figure thats why he shipped mine late because i was kinda on the last of the line, imagine if at least 40% of the them need replacement parts
however the final call is for monari and other guys didn't receive it

Read more: robotjapan.proboards.com/thread/23104/mt-01-kob?page=13&scrollTo=346155#ixzz3NLH91UUrThank you Baron. We are in sync. There may still be hope for some. Also, to say this is not the same as with the MP Voltron is being uninformed. Hey, like I said, I got all my emails answered, received three excellent Vehicle Voltrons, and the one replacement part I needed was shipped to me within 10 days of asking for it. So to me personally, at the end, Toyfreakz was nothing but great. Can everyone say that? But alas, let's just see how this turns out. This seems to be only the beginning. From what I can see so far, all it would take is a little more pressure from WEP or Classic Media, and "T Man" will wash his hands with the folks awaiting replacements. Maybe everything will be alright, but there is still that chance that it won't. Bottom line - keep your customers informed. All it takes is a couple of clicks on a keyboard or smartphone to reply: "Got your email, (insert name). Give me a few weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. Thanks" It makes a world of difference when you are respected as a customer. }D }D

My KOB were tight as well but they do rotate and after a few poses they now turn with ease.
