OT:
And this is why the Toynami 30th Anniversary Voltron sucks sweaty ass...
The base is the only good thing. The LED eyes are not that great anyway. Stick to the KOB folks!!!

Yea I didn't even bother taking out of the box and just handed it to my friend. I don't get why WEP/Toynami are not interested in releasing a higher quality Voltron if that's their bread and butter. We all know how the mattel one ended up being an even bigger turd. BTW anyone got the tamashii stage act soul of chogokin that they can take a pic of KOB or Miracle VV on it? Thanks!

I wouldnt call it QC issues but design issues. Legs popping out on the lions, barely being able to stand unless one knee is in and the other out when holding the weapons, swords that are permanently locked when assembled, sword stands that were permanently locked with the sword in it if assembled... WTF was that!!

I hope this doesn't become a Miracle Production QC Horror Story all over again. I'm happy that I got a perfect one, but it rubs me wrong to see that other folks that paid just as much as me or more, are getting crappy ones. Tony better start answering those emails, or you guys should be contacting Paypal soon. }[

This figure makes me remember the CM's Grendizer case! Good looking. Bad QC. I changed my mind. I will not order it online. I will only buy it if I am in Hong Kong, after inspecting it.

We should be seeing a new Voltron/Golion figure from where we least expect it in 2015, at least in prototype form. Supposed to be full of gimmicks. That is all <-------- me being very cryptic Having said that, I hope they get this KOB situation resolved already so we can easily buy it. BTW Txxy said my parts are being sent but I havent heard much else. Ship date, tracking etc. Curious to see what's ahead for this toy. But loaded with gimmicks? No!!!! Don't give me gimmicks; give me a solid, high quality toy with good transformation and smart solutions for addressing those transformations we haven't seen before. Please leave these certain gimmicks for the following; -firing fists are for Shogun Jumbos. That is their niche and historically part of the toyline. As an adult collector are you going to sit there and fire your fists at what....your he-man collection??? Then cry over the inevitable paint nicks and chips from said firing? -light up eyes and blinky blink cannons are for the $15 toys at Target for your 3-5 year old to be awed and bedazzled with. Most people on here worry about leaving the batteries in their toy, so why put such a useless gimmick in? Are we really sitting around turning the light up eyes on and blinky blink shooting LED cannons at pretend foes? Kids do that stuff and I would be surprised to see these high cost toys ending up in kids hands and subsequently the sandbox wars to follow.... I like gimmicks that come with the SRC stuff etc....and I hope the company that will be producing it and is likely trolling this site and others will see my little rant and take it under consideration but they probably won't.
