I hope yours doesnt have mines either, that wouldnt be a good gimmick, exploding under foot and all. WHOA! " Exploding feet"... now That is a new QC issue for me, I'd better work on my best "Dayum!" face for that one! zozo-mag

In response to my earlier comments about useless gimmicks in adult toy collectibles, I don't like gimmicks incorporated at the expense of articulation or adding to the retail cost of the product due to engineering and additional assembly i.e. firing mechanisms where springs or buttons fail/get stuck etc...
In this case with KOB, losing articulation in the wrists to add firing fists is not what I would want, but that is me.
I'm an industrial designer by profession and I don't see how a future Golion could be engineered to have the legs fold away inside without sacrificing articulation or connectability and still maintain the form.
As a kid I wondered what happened to the legs of the lions when they magically disappeared during transformation. The cartoon in my mind couldn't decide if it wanted to be rooted in science or magic. Weapons also magically appearing out of thin air etc...I'm going off topic here so I will stop. Sorry.

Hiding the legs inside the body is rather easy. I have some rough sketches but the problem is it would require to shrink the legs a bit making the lions look awkward

Golion with the Red/Green/Blue/Yellow lions legs folded is Not Golion... It is a Popy/Godaikin Golion modern figure. The Collectors Golion/Voltron should always do its best to resemble the anime character, not an old toy. Getting rid of those pesky legs can be as easy as removing them and replacing then with panels, or as complicated as making them fold in origami style. Anyway, it can surely be done.

true the sticking out legs give Golion a weird look, i cant blame them back in the day they didn't have half of the technology that is available now so what their excuse ?
so far the only anime accurate Golion is Mattel Blazing Sword Voltron i know its look so cartoony but it gives us the idea of what Golion will look like with out the lions legs and the articulation is beyond amazing
im sure if Bandai get a chance they will find an easy solution for the legs and other problems if they go with anime accurate looks

Im fine with the legs just folding, during the combination thats what we actually see, they magically evaporate when fully combined or was it ever shown in the show how the legs disappear? I think the only way we could achieve a hidden legs combined would would be through parts forming (removing legs and covering with panels) like TMZ said.

Well, on the western side of the fence (the American side, of course) at least Mattel got it right the first time when they made that Blazing Sword Voltron figure... for a mere 'toy' it does look very nice with its very simple detail, and that's about as close to the anime likeness as it will get, for now at least. I'd like to see Bandai use that Blazing Sword Voltron as a reference to make an SRC Golion figure... in robot mode, of course; no need to make the lions transformable- as we already have enough transforming Voltron figures out there already. Just make the Golion figure with its swords and call it an SRC Day, already. I'd be happy with it. zozo-mag

I have sent an email to Txxy last Friday about the issue I have with my 4 lions and to date I have not received any response. I paid via paypal on 11/10 and today is 12/16 already. According to paypal If I need to dispute, I have to do it within 45 days. Today is the 36th day already since my payment. I will send another email today. I will give Txxy 2 days to respond and then I will file a dispute already on paypal.
I am not taking a risk of not being able to do anything again (from my experience with my Vehicle Voltron order that I never received from that guy in Oregon).
Will anyone who has not gotten any response/resolution directly go the route I am taking? I am curious.

It pisses me off when sellers just blow off their customers, of course, after taking their money. Don't wait! File your dispute ASAP and let the seller answer to Paypal... }[

Thing is I don't think PP claims work for QC issues. Their mainly used if you never received the item or it wasn't as advertised (You didn't get all the lions or missing a weapon). I'm not trying to discourage you I'm just saying don't get your hopes up with PP being able to do anything. Sorry to hear your one of "that guys" victims.

Yes but its a broken toy,so not as advertised. As advertised would mean in working order, his is not KR.So hpefully he will be alright, just being optimistic here,if you get the RIGHT person at PayPal too,and really lay it on them how dissapointed you are,and the seller is a scammer etc etc..youll see action..I know I always get my way with PP,ebay and Amazon!

Guys,
Thanks for the comments. I got a reply from T man on my second email about 30 minutes after I sent it. Apparently the email address I used the first time, T man cannot reply from. I have sent him pictures (of the 4 lions) and a video (of the tails on the yellow and blue lions) per request from T man. He said that he can send the red, blue and green lions but it will take time to get to me because of the holiday. And they are making new batch of the yellow lions to fix the loose leg issue so he said he will ship this in January.
T man seems pretty reasonable on his email so the no reply on my first email must be because of the email address I used. I will let you know if there are development on this.
Tony,
Thanks for sending T man an email on my behalf.

Here's an update:
Just got an email from T man. He said he will look at the video once he is able to download it in his office. He said that as a customer who bought the toy direct from them (manufacturer), I have nothing to worry about as I have full (customer) support from them.
