how hard is this to fix? supposedly the pin inside rhe arm and the shoulder is broken.

If the metal pin actually broke, you'd need to replace with a similar pin.
If so, I am guessing the pin looks something like:
------| or |------ or |------|
If it's something else that holds the arm on and that broke, you'd have to fix that part.

i dont know where i would find of of those... is this something that can be commonly acquired or would i need to jump thru hoops?

Can you open up the rest of the arm and the figure to see what the pin looks like?
They should be a common item with varying lengths as they use these in a lot of applications other than toys.
You would see similar pins in transformers toys for example.

man the Black Ox is not well build you are the 3rd person i know got some thing broken in it my Black Ox leg got broken and i bought it new, honestly it wasn't something super glue wont fix but it was a surprise that this figure was made by Bandai

supposedly everything else is intact and present in good condition for ox and tet28.
