You wish for far too much. Not even SRC Gekiryujin could avoid being a P-Bandai exclusive, and the dragon bots require too much animation cheating to make their proportions work for all three modes. Same deal with SOC Big Volfogg. As for King J-Der, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! If you think Bandai is ever going to make a King J-Der that even scales right with SRC figures, nevermind the SOC GGG.

Same deal with SOC Big Volfogg. As for King J-Der, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! If you think Bandai is ever going to make a King J-Der that even scales right with SRC figures, nevermind the SOC GGG. Yeah. I can definitely not see a possible King J-Der of that size selling due to how astronomically high the price tag for it even without much diecast and hollow plastics as the main construction. And I am much more convinced that 3rd Party companies would sooner do the Dragon Bros than Bandai Tamashii will. I have seen the dedication to these 3rd party manufacturers so of course my faith is much closer to them as opposed to official sources. Though I have seen some interesting ways around some engineering hiccups that may help reduce the asthetic sacrifices both the Dragon Bros. and even Volfogg can get around. Though Gungle/glue and Gun Dober scaling correctly? F*** that!!! If I were a designer working on Volfogg, I would focus on the main bot and then work my way to a proper design for Big Volfogg. The two drones will need to be sacrificed for such. On the engineering for the Dragon Bros. I can see a lot of paneling may be used for the legs to create the outer shell for the vehicle modes especially for a possible Tenryujin. The SRC Hyo/Gekiryujin had an awesome way to "cheat" or get a functioning waist swivel that can be used for the shoulders of Hyoryujin that can be adapted to the lower pelvis for the individual dragons. I am thinking I can use that mechanism for a supposed Masterpiece Might Gaine to have Gaine be fully poseable and yet basically function well as an arm. With some cues from SoC God Sigma for the hand articulation. Though again, I have not studied for 3d graphic design and engineering so my skills and knowledge aren't up to snuff yet.

Third party companies aren't going to waste their time and money on GGG/Brave mechs. There is a far FAR bigger market for Transformers than the Brave franchise ever did or ever will have. Hell, most third parties barely even go outside of G1 Transformers, and the few that go beyond G1 generally stick to add-ons/fixes of Hasbro/TT products.

Besides, I really feel that when a single Transformers character has 4 different 3rd party entries, it is more or less time to move on to other things.

So I got my own Star Gaogaigar set via BigBadToyStore and knowing how long it takes for stuff to hit their stores, I am guessing it will be released by the end of April?

Release date in Japan is 4-30. Add a month to that. Cool. That gives me enough time to also help pay for my college bills next semester.

Do they require payment up front? Yes, they do unfortunately. I know that's a sticking point for some folks.

Looks like this has already been released in Japan. I've already received emails from NY about it being available again but the mark up is really high. Cancelled with BBTS (289 plus shipping!) Went the GG infinite route with %15 discount coupon and free shipping, it came out to $214 US. Those of you out of California may even get it for $199. I personally feel this is too much for add on parts but I know my GGG won't be complete without it. Screw you Bandai!

I was kind of regretting not getting in on the NY po when it was first up. I also get their email with that crazy mark up. As much as i hate GG Infinite i went with them, mine ended up coming out to $199 Edit: Looks like i got the last one went back to the listing immediately after ordering mine and it changed to sold out.

Nice! Glad I was able to help out a fellow board member! I initially preordered with NY but when they wanted payment in full back in October, I cancelled. Personally, I don't want to pay for high priced item like this in full 6 months or more in advance but seeing how TWE are requiring payment in advance, this is probably what is to be expected now.

I think the GG infinite price actually came out to be a little cheaper than NY with shipping. i saw couple of pics of it it looks good honestly Yup it really is, though it essentially converts GGG into a brick. Hell i think Goldy did that already. This one takes it to the next level of brick but i like it
