I thought i make this thread as lately there is def movement towards this coming. Now, Its not If but WHEN.
First, there is Riobot Iron Giant prototype released during WF. Now, i just read that Typhoon Kim at 5Pro studio just stated that Iron Giant IS one of the character he wants to do....Carbotix Iron Giant? Yes i do....i do want.
Then there is enigmatic GX-76.... Could he be?!? Bandai is notorious for destroying its competion before they even had a chance. SOC Iron Giant....Why not?

I thought there was a large scale, diecast one?
Edit: was thinking of the Mondo one. I guess I always assumed diecast bevause the S attaches to it with a magnet but don't know.

I would love an Iron Giant SoC. Bandai has been giving mixed signals lately about USA penetration. Voltron, COOL! Then we get Gyspy Danger then they don't offer the US a fav US anime release, Big O on re-release.... Hmmmmm.......

I'm not sure on the US Big-O yet. One thing that is making me wonder is BBTS didn't list it. Normally for an exclusive they will list it, just at the obscenely inflated price that it takes for them to import it at retail costs and then flip it for sales. But they didn't do that with Big-O? Which makes me wonder if Bluefin will in fact be getting it? BBTS wouldn't do or list the high priced import exclusive version if they knew a Bluefin North American release was looming. It might not be announced yet as they may be offering a localized American version and packaging, like they did with GX-72. That took a few weeks from when it was listed as Daizyjin on the Japanese sites, to when it got listed by BBTS etc as MMPR Megazord. I could be completely wrong about this, but Big-O seems an odd one to re-release unless they are targeting the US/North American market. The show was bigger here.
