Hey guys,
Anyone ever order stuff from a site called Nin Nin Game?
Are they legit?
Where are they located and how is their customer service?
I see they have some SOC's in stock that are sold-out elsewhere, including pre-orders. I wasn't sure if they are reliable with inventory count, and wanted to ask before buying anything.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I have not shop with them before ... but looking at their website. Based on their website - they are from Osaka Japan. www.nin-nin-game.com/en/content/7-shipping-options"N2G Export LLC.", owner of the site "Nin-Nin Game", is based in Osaka (Japan). All shipments to our customers are made from Japan (with the exception of Amazon shipments). We offer shipping via FEDEX, as well as 4 different shipping methods through Japan Post. When using Japan Post, after your order reaches your home country, Mail is handled by your local Mail company.

Good and bad feedback. Personally, I haven't encountered any issues yet but I haven't purchased a lot from them either. Probably if it is in-stock items, you might be ok.

They are similar to Nippon-Yasan but focus more on video games, probably smaller. Japan based, carries exclusives, do mark-ups on hot items after initial batch sold out. Shopped there a couple times.

I've bought a few things here and there from them over the past 3 years. One very strange thing, for some reason, even though I shop using yen or dollar, they always charge me in EUROS. I wish they would stop that because the conversion from Euro isn't favorable to the Dollar. I use a CC without foreign transaction fees, but if you didn't have one, that extra exchange fee on top of everything will make things actually pricier than you originally thought.

I always pay in Yen conversion. It must be something in your account settings.

I use the pay by credit card method because they tack fees on with the other 2 methods (Paypal, Adyen) and that method is always in Euros. Couldn't find anything in my settings that allows me to adjust how I pay. Maybe the other methods are different now. Been a few months since my last order with them.

I found this bit of info under their "Who are we?" "Nin-Nin-Game.com has been operating since 2006 and is the property of N2G Export LLC, established in Osaka, Japan."So they are a Japanese company, but the owner is French? I also use th ecredit card option because you can Pay Later with that option. Details about payment methods: - Credit Card : (secure payment via the Crédit Agricole Bank): Reference Currency: EURO - Payment is directly performed in EURO - therefore you will have no additional charge/exchange fee to settle if you use your Credit Card in Euro. This is the most practical and cheapest payment method!
(You may also use any other currency than Euro: in that case, your Bank will typically charge you some exchange fees in order to convert your currency to Euro - typically ~1%)
- Paypal: The major payment provider on the internet!
- Adyen: Reference Currency: EURO, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Pound. Adyen's online payment platform connects to various payment methods across the world. Payment methods include international credit cards, local cash-based methods, and internet banking methods. Payment is charged directly at the time of order."

It was also very low on Amazon JP for a while. Amiami usually have good discount, but not always. I see better price than Amiami's often enough (not including Nippon-Yasan, which almost always has lowest price, but they bite you with high shipping & iffy service).

Are you saying both Nippon Yassan and Nin Nin had higher shipping fees? Nippon Yassan does not offer a private warehouse and Nin Nin only offers a monthly warehouse. But what I find incredible is that their list price when converted to CAD$ is nominally lower than USD$. It sounds too good to be true so I am asking around. I have never use them before. Maybe I will just go through Amazon JP.

Not sure if Nin-nin shipping is high. Only shopped there once or twice, can't remember. But they are legit. The thing about Amazon JP is that their prices fluctuate. Daltanius was super low recently and reported by folks here (15700yen + 3300yen shipping). But when I go look a couple days later, price is no longer that low. So you need to catch the sale price with some lucky. And Amazon shipping packaging is kind of bad. Might be a little better than US, but be prepared to get some dings on the box.
