I decided to make another thread for SOC conditioning. So let's say you expose your hands to hot water, dry them up completely while after that you feel some heat, you touch your SOCs, and after putting them down, you notice fingerprints and heat frost marks on its body and chrome parts. The SOC isn't exposed to water, but heat residue. Will this affect my SOCs in anyway?

Most of the sweat and heat residue from your hands usually evaporate when you handle SOCs. However, I'm not sure how much of the residue stays on and affects your SOCs. It depends on the climate or humidity of your room.
It's natural for hands to get sweaty, so it's a good idea to wear cloth gloves to handle SOC's. Even with cloth gloves, some of the sweat from your hands can get on SOC parts, so it's a good idea to change often to another pair of clean, dry gloves.
I usually use a big micro fiber cloth along with cloth gloves to handle and wipe my SOCs. After I'm done wiping dust or residue, I use a cotton bud dipped in machine oil to wipe the metal chrome parts.
The only things that are difficult to keep in pristine condition are the painted chrome parts. Swords are usually painted in chrome and they are easily scratched or tarnish over time. I've tried several chrome paints, but have not found anything that matches the chrome finish on the SOCs.

Well the residue that gets on the SOC does evaporate from it,so I guess this is a good sign. Plus it doesn't affect my SOCs at all. It even evaporates from the chrome parts.

I'm wondering if car wax (not polish) is good for all the plastic chrome and metal parts...

I use car wax on the chrome parts of my SOC's but that's probably overkill, and you definately don't want to get in any of the creases since it will turn white and look bad. I heard that madel wax is good though, but I haven't tried it. If you wipe them down with lint free cloths it should be fine. As for rust from fingerprint sweat, I doubt that will happen but if it does it would take years. But what fingerprints will do to chrome parts if not wiped off is tarnish the metal.
