Just a list of things that you (Bandai) can do for me... 1. Plug those holes in GX-30 Voltes 2. How about some stands for all your GX robots that don't have them (Voltes, Aquarion, Dancouga & Combattler...) 3. Make a Daimos & Dangard Ace SOC... 4. And be quick about it... That's all from me for now. Thank you very much.

I don't mind the holes on the back of Voltes, hell all SOC's are pretty ugly from behind but I agree 100% on the lack of stands for certain SOC's. I can understand for the bigger bots like Dancouga but Xabungle who is tiny doesn't have a base but just a stand for it's accessories. That's why I've been looking for aftermarket bases for all my SOC's that don't have one, but surprisingly it's been pretty hard. Why doesn't anyone make a plain black rectangle or square base that's large enough for guys like Dancouga and Zambot out of plastic!?! How hard could it be.

Also don't forget when they make the Mechanical Eagle for GX-30,they should make it very secure to prevent it from fallig. They already screwed up the wing problem again with GX-28.

They should stop making "limited edition" chogokins such as GX-24 DVD ver. which makes you either paying 250$ or look at other ppl's collections with envy.

Making stands is really easy. You can buy a piece of Poplar or MDF that is 1x10 or 1x12 from any lumber supply store, and then have the store you bought it from cut it to the dimensions you need. Glue if neccessary. It should be pretty cheap too.

pop who? MDf What? Just kidding, actually, seriously what are those? Wing thing? Please elaborate! Thanks. Sure, sry about that. Poplar is a type of wood that is virtually free of knot holes because it comes from a tree that grows straight up instead of branching out. It's relatively cheap and fairly dense. These factors make it great for painting. MDF stands for Medium Density Fiberboard and is a composite wood product. It's really cheap and heavy, and often come pre-primed, which is a bonus. The dimensions that would probably work best for stands would be 1"x12" or "1x10", which is a thickness of 1" and a width of 12" or 10". These are standard sizes that you can buy these products in (actually the dimensions will not be a full 1" or 10" or 12", but slightly smaller. If you really want to know why, PM me.) As far as lengths go, you can get anything from 4 ft. to 16 ft. Most places will also cut your wood for free if you bought it from them. Whether using Poplar or MDF, before painting always make sure it's primed first. If you aren't familiar with primer, it's basically a sealer that looks just like white or grey paint. You can buy it in as a spray paint or in a can in any paint department. The reason you want to use primer is because it makes your paint finish come out even and look professional. Otherwise your wood grain can show through, or you can get variations of glossiness where the wood is more porous and it won't look good. If you want to make a more elaborate stand, you can always glue using wood glue. Just do it before you paint and use clamps. And if you really want to get crazy, buy a Dremel tool. You can make some awesome playsets or stands with nothing more than a Dremel.
