As a collector and someone that buys a lot of stuff online, its really dissapointing to get damaged boxes. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have some recent bad luck when it comes to ordering SOC. I just recently started collecting SOC and the first one that I got was the GX-01R. IT was shipped from HK and comes wrapped in clear plastic and bubble wrap. It was as advertise, brand new never open condition. But, them freakin people at the post office mishandled the package and put a dent into the lower part of the box. I check on the Mazinger Z figure and the parts and lucky, nothing was damaged inside. Today, I got my GX-27 Gaiking from BBTS. Ordered it when they had the sale, 87$ for Gaiking is a great deal cause I have not seen it recently for less than $100. I got home today and saw a perfect box, the people at UPS didn't mishandle it because the box has a fragile sticker on it. So I was expecting a perfect SOC box inside. I unwrapped the bubble packaging and was really dissappointed to see a crushed SOC box. Again, I immediately open the box up and check on the pieces. Again, no Broken or damaged parts. Man, I wish the next time I spend over $70 on an item and have it shipped to me, I am going to makes sure that they send me a perfect if not a C-9 box. At least the GX-11 that I got had a mint condition box. 1 for 3 right now.

Sorry to hear that, I guess the reason why BBTS had the Gaiking on sale was probably because the box must've been damaged already when they posted it.
Hope you get better luck with your next purchase.

I think its the retailers responsibility to let you know if the box is damanged and to confirm if you want the sale still.

They probably changed the graded after they pulled my Gaiking. I specifically remember ordering a standard grade. Now when I go over to that website and check up on the item, they changed the grade to subpar. That was the one they posted on my receipt. No wonder the one they had open for picture and display, they one they called vintage sold for a higher price during the sale. Anyway they are having another sale and they are honoring the sales price for the vintage version. I got my Garada K-7 today from BCBcomics.com and the box was great. 2 for 4 so far.
